Brother the real issue of Pakistan is not spending on military, but the corruption that has gone rampant in past 30 years. Almost every civil institution from railways, PIA, police, post, wapda, etc etc is in debt and corrupted. Would you never ask the politicians of Pakistan, esp the PML and PPP, how they let that happen under their noses? you can divert all military budget to politicians, where do you think it will end up and where will Pakistan end up after that with no defence of its own? Think.
