If you are a Pakistani applying for a job in Gulf e.g. U.A.E your application will likely to land in Dustbin of computer or table as all the HR and recruitment is now totally controlled by Indians who hate Pakistani. The Indian recruiter mafia is totally supported by Indian Consulate where as our consulate only Eat, Cheat and Sleep as they are all politically hires and do not care about Pakistani abroad.
It is becoming extremely hard for a non Indian to land up with a job where they have hired an Indian HR. I mean look at all the big organizations in UAE like KPMG, WTS Energy Group, Emaar, Banks (All the major ones), Etisalat, Emirates, ICC etc etc all have hired Indian recruiters. if they are not working as the hiring managers they would be certainly present as HR executives whose job is to scan CVs. Let me tell you exactly how this scam works.
First the Indian recruiter make sure no vacancy go for advertisement to avoid open competition but even when any vacancy comes up it is advertised or placed with a local recruitment firm. The recruitments firms (mostly staffed by Indians) would simply file away any CVs from Pakistani candidates for low-paid petty jobs. In order to avoid suspicion the Indians bin applications from all bright and high caliber Pakistani candidates but let through the 2nd rate applicants. Hence at the interview stage (where an Arab, a Brit or an American interviewer may be involved) Pakistani candidates are dropped naturally because (on the basis of the CVs that the interviewers see in front of them) only the Indian applicants have the strength for selection. This is the reason you see lot of Indians slowly securing all important positions in the private sector.
