While I do think the judges aren't that great, the fact of the matter is a Case is only as good as its prepared and presented. This is a failure of PTI's legal team or whoever it is that's pushing this case. You gotta do a lot of hardwork to get rid of Nawaz Sharif, and Nawaz Sharif knows there is NOT a Pakistani alive on this planet that would do something like "Hardwork". lol. They like Shortcuts.
LoL. But Imran said he will comply with whatever the Judges dispense. Game. Set & Match Sharif? ;) Bad move on Imran's count from the get go. See.. Neeyat ka sirf Khuda ajar deta hai. Duniya walay nahi. Imran wants to get rid of Nawaz Sharif, but simply doesn't know how to do it. lol. The Hard work route is to start your aggressive campaigning for Elections. Now is the time. Do some Hard work and get elected. That is His ONLY real opportunity. All these dharnas and marnas.. they don't cut it in Pakistan.

PTIs stance was that they will comply with the decision the court in the case. Never regarding court vs commission.
If you remember the incidents that led to this petition in the SC, you will realize commission was never on PTIs plate, since PMLN was pushing for a toothless commission minus Sharif.
The struggle is not to remove Sharif. The struggle is for justice and accountability. There has to be a start somewhere. Otherwise, will forever remain in this cycle of 'why start from me'?

It doesn't matter what was on PTI's plate. The fact of the matter is a Commission is the court's stance. And the PTI said they will COMPLY with the court. The commission is ALSO a decision of the court. See, from a legal perspective I knew the evidence against Nawaz Sharif is probably there but the Pakistani who can do the hard work isn't. lol. All this rona dhona.. and dharnas; that's not how courts function. The Commission is being formed BECAUSE the PTI legal team or the prosecution failed to make a clear case with hard evidence. Therefore the Supreme Court needs a 3rd party to present the facts from their findings in order to come up with a judgement. The court wouldn't take this step had the PTI done a remarkable job of bringing an excellent case. If I was a PTI guy I'd chew Imran out for putting up such a lousy offense. But PTI people love their "Great Leader" for just standing up. Well... in the real world there are No points for second place.
And remember Nawaz Sharif has formerly even been Convicted by the court. So why is Imran chasing something that has already been done? To Do it again? Nawaz will be back in another 8 years time. hahaha. You can't put the Nawazoo down even if you hang him. He's like Bhutto.. Hamesha Zinda hai! hahah
Yaar then work to tighten the elections. Self deception is also a Status Quo. I voted PTI in the 2013 elections with the full knowledge they will not win, but I will vote because that is the right thing to do. But I saw PTI people who thought they were bringing some tsunami. And when that didn't materialize it was all about Rigging. There is rigging in every damn election. But a Tsunami didn't materialize. A REAL tsunami doesn't get affected by Rigging. And if it does then Nawaz sharif has done the impossible. Stopped a Tsunami. lol.
Fact of the matter is Imran would've lost anyway. He doesn't put effort where effort needs to be put. Work on your damn election campaign. Stop wasting time on useless stuff which has already been done before. Must Imran keep repeating history over and over again? The famous Pakistani Einstein quote comes to mind.. The definition of Insanity. lol. Break the Electoral Cycle. Imran was close. He needs to Work REALLY REALLY hard. Be the Tsunami! Literally.

First off, commission hasnt been formed. The CJ is retiring, so he essentially recused himself from the case, saying that the bench will break, a new bench will be formed, and that bench will decide. But with his remarks, he has given the next bench a broad impression that he is in favor of a commission.
In any case, the case going to the next CJ alone is a travesty, considering Saqib Nisar is a stooge of Sharif.

This looks like another Imran Khan effort going down the drain. When it should've been directed elsewhere. I dunno what the thought process is in the PTI camp. Are these guys not result oriented? Is Imran Khan never accountable to his party? Who comes up with these decisions to go on wild goose chases? The only place to cook the goose is in the kitchen of Election. In anycase I don't even think Pakistan will improve even if tomorrow magically Nawaz Sharif disappears into a blackhole. The whole methodology of chasing Nawaz is an indication of misguidance in achieving the desired effect. So one can only expect further misguidance and missteps when and if Nawaz is gone.

What the hell, these guys are more interested in vacation and farewell parties? Shame on them. I am not saying give verdict in favor of IK, but at least just give verdict and be done with it.
