How to check nomination papers of a candidate?

AoA all,

Is there any way to check the nomination papers of a candidate using ECP website.. I'm told that all nomination papers are available for download and the public can see them.

There is a rumour being spread in my whatsapp groups that education minister KPK is only FA pass and some proof is attached to it. I want to either confirm this or refute this by searching for proper proof..

I went to ECP website but could not find the info I was looking for and any section that suggests this information

Any help/guidance is appreciated.

But unfortunately the rumours were true. KPK education minister is FA pass .. I cannot defend this :(
