I have great respect for Munawar Hassan, There was rigging big time but Army was involved? I dont agree.

Yes Army did not stop when rigging was happening because they were not been given orders. Army was there only on call they were not the administrator.

:) so you are saying if Army see any problem does not matter where and how then they should intervene? they why do we have Police,judiciary, rangers, CIA,FIA for?

Brother not saying Our armed forces are innocent people and they dont know any thing, I think they are the most capable departments, But as a democratic country they are under civilian government. With out orders they dont get involve in any civilian matters.

ECP was not capable to deliver a fair election and rather then placing Army out side, they should have put Army inside as it was dont on NA250
