Public rep means one who is elected by the public. His post is that of an advisor. Govts routinely appoint foreign institutions and foreign individuals in advisory roles.

The supreme court does not 'translate' the constitution; it only interpretes it in the spirit. The courts can only say 'yes', or 'no' in their decision or they can find somebody 'guilty' or 'not guilty' per law. They cannot tell someone to apologize (unless it is contempt of court), mock or taunt anyone, or ask someone to resign etc.; that is falls under either an administrative prerogative or political ethics. The courts should not go out of their bounds and encroach in legislative, executive or administrative functions.

Government does not have any capacity, ability remark was fake news.And, It's already been reported.CJP said it about capital development authority and not the government.As for pm not having unlimited powers is being taken out of context.He is talking about Zulfi who is a dual nationalist and he can't be allowed-ed to be adviser with state minister status just cause he is pm friend.Supreme court disqualified cm Baluchistan adviser just months ago cause he had dual nationality.Same thing happened in many other cases in past.

As for doing work, I am sure that he would be working on holidays like always.
