This is quite an interesting read about Japan.

Based on your theory if this is the best measure of a country's financial health, people of Japan and US should be in worst situation then Pakistan. Poverty, unemployment, should be higher there and inflation should be at record high levels. Govt there will not have money to spend on infrastructure or providing basic facilities to their public, or atleast the facilities there will be worst than Pakistan.

But reality is way different. So stop trying to prove that if Pakistan has loans it's ok because Japan has loans.the difference is they know that they are doing and we don't. We have a long long way to go to reach even close to them.

How will Pakistan earn billions from CPEC is still a mystery for me.

Japan's GDP is above USD 4 Trillion and Pakistan's USD271 Billion. Which mean Japan's economy is only 15 times more.

For example a person who owns a property worth 1.5 crore and annual income is 15 lac but has a debt of 1.5 crore is far better than a person owning a property of 10 and an annual income of 1 lac rupees but a debt of 12 lac rupees, isn't it? But there are people who might come and say oh look they have a debt of 1.5 crore which is 15 times more than our debt..

Now lets compare the income of both.A Pakistan Earns like 5 thousand dollars a year with a debt of nearly 1 thousand dollars, while a Japanese earns 40 thousand dollars a year with a debt of 85 thousand dollars.Consider their 10 years of earnings. A Pakistani would earn 50 thousand dollar while a Japani will earn 4 lac dollars in the same era.. Now of course the Pakistani who would repay his debt will be left with like 49 thousand dollars capital, but the Japanese who would repay his debt will be left with 3 lac 15 thousand dollars capital.. Now tell me who is doing better progress?

I specifically said 'public services and governance'...not lifestyle.
And secondly, dont make intentional misstatements/. Japan does not have 90 times more taxes than Pakistan. Their tax rates are in fact, lower than Pakistan. Just that almost 100% of their tax paying population pays their taxes.
As for debts, yes their external debt is high, but that is because a lot of their domestic debt is bought by international creditors. So you are firing shots into thin air solely to prove a technical point.
