I am glad to see this positive thread. But just for my clarification, I want to understand, what you mean by sectarian discussion. Here's a scenario for understanding;
1. Neutral user creates thread on ISIS, Daaesh, Khwarijis in general. All literate and moderate members starts condemning terrorism and root cause of it. But then some dumb users, post hate comments against one particular sect and country. Obviously, terrorism has nothing to do with any sect. The respected users of the cornered sect will respond to this offence made by some dumb user. Interestingly, our moderators try to stop this madness by deleting all comments. Just to show all sides that they are neutral. Which in my humble opinion, is WRONG. Because, person who points and post hate comments towards any minority should be stopped, not others who are just defending themselves.
2. Please pardon me for saying this, but some moderators' actions are bias. Obviously, I understand that every individual in Pakistan doesn't have Islam as their religion, they identify themselves not as Muslims but as follower of different sects. Same is with respected moderators. But when you are moderating, you are like judge, who should be neutral. Moderators' own views doesn't count when they take decisions. They should be completely unbiased. This is just my humble observation and I may be wrong about it.
3. Lastly, we all should understand this that we are in state of war with terrorists. Our Army is officially fighting them. This forum is representing Pakistan. We MUST condemn all known enemies like Talibans, ISIS, Daaesh, Kwarijis etc. As some members here are openly supporting these banned organisation other patriots should be allowed to condemn them. Words like dumb, idiot, stupid and foolish are not considered as abusive language. Specially when it is used for those who are openly involved in the propaganda of extremists.
I hope these points will be taken in positive sense.
