Wanna know why he said that? Because he was too sure that his socialist masters Brezhnev and Indira would protect him not knowing that Indira would back stab him for she would have never wanted Pak to be nuclear.

CIA framed him because of that in the murder and got hanged by courts (not Zia). the only fault of Zia was that, despite he was geenral, he brough in Islamic law, which could not go well with the Americans..............get your records straight pal
