bunyaadi tor per deene islam ka samajhne mushkil nahin hai magar is ke liye ilmi mahol ka mojood hona laazmi hai. yahee wajah hai deene islam aaj bhi wohee hai jo baba aadam ke zamaane main tha. agar us waqt ke log deene islam ko samajh sakte the to aaj kyun nahin? albata ilm haasil karne ka shoq rakhne waalun ke liye hi ilm haasil karna aasaan hota hai. aaj ka iblees aaj bhi deene islam se ussi tarah naawaaqif hai jaise us waqt ka iblees us waqt jahil tha. jo log ilm haasil karne main dilchasbi nahin rakhte woh bache hun yaa boodhe ilm se khaali hi rehte hen. aise logoon ke liye qurano hadith ka samajhna mumkin kaise ho sakta hai. asal main ehle ilm aur johlaa baraabar nahin hote jaise zinda aur murda.
allaama ne bachun ke zehnu main ilm ki talab daalne ke liye aik duaaiya nazm likhi thi lab pe aati hai aur is main bachun ke mohn se yeh kehlwaaya tha, ilm ki shama se ho mujh ko mohabbat yaa rab. hamaare mullah ne is ummat ki mat maari hui hai is ko ilm se sadiyun door rakh kar. shaaid ab log mullah ki chaalun ko samajh saken kuchh ilm aa jaane ke baad.

اس پر عمل کرنا آسان بلکل نہیں ہم ہر لمحہ پھسلتے رہتے ہیں اوراس میں کوئی ہرج نہیں کے الله نے ہمیں تخلیق ہی ایسا کیا ہے
اور وہ ہم سے چاہتا ہے کے ہم اس کی طرف متوجہ رہیں اپنی غلطیوں کے لیے
ہم نہ سجھنے اور نہ کر سکنے کو آپس میں ملا دیتے ہیں کوئی مسلمان ایسا نہیں جسے رشتوں کی حرمت سود کے حرام ہلال ہونے کا عبادات کی فرضیت کا اچھے برےاعمال کا صبر قربانی کا حقوق کا اور فرائض کا علم نہ ہو جو ضابطہ ہم توڑتے ہیں جان کر توڑتے ہیں سزا و جزا کے بارے میں بھی علم رکھتے ہیں
اور اگر ہم سادہ سا ایک دن الله کے سادہ احکام کے ساتھ نہیں گزار پاتے اس کا یہ مطلب نہیں نکلتا ہم جانتے نہیں مطلب یہ ہے ہم کرتے نہیں.

اگر عام مسلمان خود ہی محنت کر کے اللہ کے کلام اور حضور پاک کی سنت کو سمجھ کر ان سے گائیڈنس حاصل کریں تو سارے ملا, ملاؤں کے بنگلے, بیویاں, لینڈ کروزر اور عیاشیوں کا کیا ہوگا ؟ سولھویں صدی تک عیسائی پادریوں نے بھی کچھ ایسے ہی فتوے دے رکھے تھے جبکہ ہندو برہمن ہزاروں سال سے ہندؤوں کے ساتھ یہی کررہا ہے
اور اب مسلمان ملا بھی پوری کوشش کر رہا ہے کہ اسلام پر قابض ہو جائے
یہ دین کا طریقہ نہیں بلکہ طاقت کے حصول کا ایک طریقہ ہے

Fatwa gave by those who wants to implement their thoughts to others and I am not a preacher.
If you read thread starter he says some ahadeeth are mansookh. You know this will become sectarian issue because one is supporting the mansookh ahadeeth and other will not so a new sect will rise.

بلکل اور جو منہ پھر لیتے ہیں ان کے دلوں پر مہر کر دی جاتی ہے تو پھر ان کو کیسے سمجھ آ سکتی ہے؟

Fajar Salah :-
The Prophet ?pbuh said: "There is no prayer more difficult to attend for hypocrites than Fajr and Ishaa. And if they knew what's in them (i.e. the good reward - thawab) they would attend them even if they had to come crawling." (Narrated by Bukhari)
* Abu Hurairah stated that Muhammad ?pbuh had said, "There are angels who take turns in visiting you by night and by day, and they all assemble at the dawn (Fajr) and the afternoon (`Asr) prayers. Those who have spent the night with you, ascend to the heaven and their Rubb, Who Knows better about them, Asks: 'In what condition did you leave My slaves?' They reply: 'We left them while they were performing Salat and we went to them while they were performing Salat.' " From Al-Bukhari and Muslim
The Fajr (Arabic: ???) prayer is the first of the five daily prayers recited by practicing Muslims. (Fajr means dawn in the Arabic language.) The five daily prayers collectively form one pillar of the Five Pillars of Islam
The Fajr prayer is mentioned by name in the Qur'an at Surah 24 (An-Nur) ayah. Inspired by the tafsir of the two hadiths that were transmitted on behalf of the Prophet Muhammad pbuh?, the worth of the Fajr daily prayer is explained as being God's most-favored prayer since others are asleep. This has made the Fajr daily prayer the most essential and obligatory congregational prayer to be held by Muslims together in groups in mosques.
Fajr prayer requires two fard raka??t. In a congregation, the leader of the prayer (imam) recites aloud. However, two sunnah raka??t are highly recommended prior to the two Fard raka??t. It is reported that Muhammad pbuh? stated, regarding the sunnah prayer of Fajr, "It is more superior than the world and everything within it." (Sahih Muslim 1:151)
The time period within which the Fajr daily prayer must be recited is from the beginning of dawn to sunrise.
Ahadith mentioning Fajr Salat
* Narrated Aisha(RA): The Prophet pbuhnever missed four Rakat before the Zuhr prayer and two Rakat before the Fajr prayer. Sahih al-Bukhari, 2:21:276
* Narrated Abu Huraira: Allah's Apostle said, "If anyone of you can get one Rak'a of the 'Asr prayer before sunset, he should complete his prayer. If any of you can get one Rak'a of the Fajr prayer before sunrise, he should complete his prayer." Sahih al-Bukhari, 1:10:531
* Narrated 'Umar(RA): "The Prophetpbuh ? forbade praying after the Fajr prayer till the sun rises and after the 'Asr prayer till the sun sets." Sahih al-Bukhari, 1:10:555
* Abu Hurairah stated that Muhammad ?pbuh had said, "There are angels who take turns in visiting you by night and by day, and they all assemble at the dawn (Fajr) and the afternoon (`Asr) prayers. Ahmad and Muslim record that Aishah said, "I have never seen him (Muhammad pbuh? ) more in haste to do a good deed than he was to perform the two rakahs before the morning (prayer)."
Abu Huraira(RA) reports that Muhammad pbuh? said: "Do not leave the two rak'ahs of Fajr, even if you are being attacked by cavalry." This is confirmed by Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Al-Bahaiqi and at Tahawi.

Ye bat bilkul sahi kaha apne. Leken kia Dunyai taleem ka teacher ye kahta hai k Einstein is right and newton is wrong. Or vice versa. But deen ki taleem ka teacher aap ko muslim nahi balke deobandi, shia, barelvi, salfi banata hai.
