i m sure you are not banned on this forum. its normal & automatically picked by system. we also face this error sometime.

actually what happens according to my knowledge is that when you try to post and visit siasat.pk very frequently , so may be one of the anti-spam bot has detected your activity and have banned your ip . Mods are not aware of it , make sure you have notified the mods once again . If you need any further help PM me for details

brother actually I am not the moderator of this forum , however it can happen if you try and create forum posts very frequently , or you tried to put comments on any thread very very frequently , These are the two symptoms which result in IP ban .
I am now convinced that you are not using PTCL internet connection , because every time you switch of your net they change your Ip every time .
