You forgot Misbah in all your discussion. Misbah is not batting coach but head coach who is responsible for everything ( good or bad) that the team does.
Gone are the days when teams used to win due to bowling or batting alone. Any moderately good batting ( I am not talking about top class batters) unit should chase down 247 in 50 overs. Similarly, it is almost impossible to defend 141 in 50 overs. If you don’t improve your batting, you don’t stand any chance against good teams.
By improving batting, I mean that you should be able to chase down up to 275 or should be able to score 300 batting first. We will have to come out of the nostalgia of 1990s when we won many low scoring matches. Cricket has now changed, particularly after IPL. Batsmen are now able to hit sixes on the balls on which they would get out in 80s and 90s.
