First this is preliminary report not a complete forensic report and the focus was on tareen because it is according to the philosophy of Khan that first you have to start accountability from your own self and later on go for the other ones. This is very simple, if someone spends millions on Khan sahib, his party, buying on MNA, MPA, and senators, he was spending for the nation? never. of course, that was his investment and Khan knew this before.
Same Mr. Riaz Malik spends a huge amount on charity and on backstage he was doing land-grab business. As now SC stops his business so now Malik Sahib keeps quiet no news in this Covd19, how many donations he gave?
Not only Tareen but many others also spend a huge amount on PTI, Aleem Khan Zulfi Bukhari, Own ch and two friends spend USD475000 on his Davos trip, all that free don't think so. that was the investment, they are looking favour somehow. He may not be Innocent but question is why he alone? If there are others too especially Khusro and Monas then why they were forgotten. In original report these three were named because they own 29% of entire sugar industry. JKT owns only 6%, why 94% were left out? I do believe after these concerns entire sugar industry will be audited and it will take long time. During this long time everyone will save themselves.

جب ہمارے ہاں کورونا کا مسئلہ سنگین ہوتا جارہا ہے اسی وقت جہانگیر ترین اور وزیراعظم عمران خان کے درمیان نئی جنگ شروع ہوگئی ہے جس کے بعد میڈیا کا رخ بھی بدل گیا ہے۔ اب حکومت کہہ رہی ہے کہ پاکستان کے طاقتور شوگر ملز مالکان نے اربوں روپے بنا لیے ۔ لوگوں کو اب احساس ہورہا ہے کہ اس قوم کی جیب سے ایک طرف سبسڈی کے نام پر چوبیس ارب روپے نکال کر مل مالکان کو دے دیے گیے‘ دوسری طرف ایکسپورٹ کی وجہ سے لوکل مارکیٹ میں قلت ہوئی اور قیمت سولہ روپے فی کلو بڑھا کر اربوں وہاں سے بھی کما لیے۔ اب حکومت نے کہا ہے کہ جن ملوں کو عوام کی جیب سے اربوں روپے ملے ہیں ان کا آڈٹ ہوگا۔ اس وقت ملک میں اسی شوگر ملیں ہیں جن میں سے نصف بڑے سیاسی خاندانوں کی ملکیت ہیں۔وہی حکومت میں ہوتے ہیں اور وہی اپنی ملوں کو عوام کی جیب سے سبسڈی دلاتے ہیں۔ اب ان اسی ملوں میں سے صرف دس ملوں کا آڈٹ ہورہا ہے اور ان دس میں سے چھ جہانگیر ترین اور ان کے رشتہ دار کی ہیں۔ مزے کی بات ہے کہ شوگر انکوائری رپورٹ میں جن بڑے بڑے سیاستدانوں کے نام آئے تھے کہ انہوں نے بڑا ہاتھ مارا ‘ان میں وفاقی وزیر خسرو بختیار کے بھائی کی ملیں بھی شامل ہیں ‘جن کے چھوٹے بھائی مخدوم ہاشم بخت نے وزیرخزانہ پنجاب کی حیثیت سے تین ارب کی سبسڈی ملوں کو دی‘ جس میں سے پچاس کروڑ روپے اپنے بھائی مخدوم شہریار کو دیے۔اس مل میں چوہدری پرویز الٰہی کے بیٹے مونس الٰہی کا بھی شیئر ہے۔ جب یہ فرانزک آڈٹ ہورہا ہے تو یہ توقع کی جارہی تھی کہ ان ملوں کا بھی ہوگا جو مخدوم بھائیوں اور چوہدریوں کی ہیں‘لیکن اب اچانک یہ خبر آئی ہے کہ مخدوم بھائیوں اور چوہدریوں کی ملوں کا آڈٹ نہیں ہورہا۔ آڈٹ صرف جہانگیر ترین اور ان کی عزیزوں کی ملوں کا ہورہا ہے۔ وہ بھی یقینا ہونا چاہیے‘ لیکن آڈٹ صرف دو شوگر گروپس کا کیوں؟ ان کا کیوں نہیں جنہوں نے چوبیس ارب روپے لیے؟ لیکن حیران کن طور پر ان چوبیس ارب روپے لینے والوں کے نام اس آڈٹ کا حصہ نہیں۔ سب سے بڑی بات یہ کہ جس گروپ نے کروڑوں کی سبسڈی لی وہ نام بھی آڈٹ فہرست میں شامل نہیں۔ سب چھاپے ان دس ملوں پر مارے گئے ہیں جو جہانگیر ترین اور ان کے رشتہ داروں کی ہیں۔ دریشک فیملی نے بھی شوگر ایکسپورٹ کی‘ ان کا نام بھی غائب ہے۔
اب سوال یہ پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ مخدوم‘ دریشک اور چوہدری کیسے اس انکوائری کے بعد آڈٹ سے بچ گئے اور مخدوموں کی ملوں کو اس آڈٹ سے نکالنے سے کیا میسج دیا جارہا ہے؟ اب تک یہ سمجھا جارہا تھا کہ یہ کارروائی شوگر مافیا کی کمر توڑنے کے لیے تھی‘ اب پتہ چلا ہے کہ مخدوموں‘ دریشک اور چوہدریوں کو تو پہلے ہی مرحلے میں چھوڑ دیا گیا ۔ شاید اس کی وجہ سیاسی ہے۔ عمران خان صاحب لاکھ کہتے رہیں کہ وہ کسی کو نہیں چھوڑیں گے ‘مگر انہیں پنجاب میں مخدوموں اور چوہدیوں کو چھوڑنا پڑ گیا اور خان صاحب نے سمجھداری سے فوکس ترین کی ملوں پر رکھا ہے کیونکہ ترین کا حکومت پر کوئی سیاسی اثر و رسوخ نہیں۔ جہانگیر ترین کا کوئی سیاسی ووٹ پارلیمنٹ یا کا بینہ میں نہیں اور ترین کے جانے سے وفاقی یا صوبائی حکومت کو کوئی خطرہ نہیں ‘ دوسری جانب خسرو بختیار اورصوبائی وزیر ہاشم بخت کے بھائی شہریار اور چوہدری پرویز الٰہی کے بیٹے مونس الٰہی کی شوگر ملوں کا اس طرح فرانزک آڈٹ کرایا جاتا ہے جیسے ترین اور دیگر دس ملوں کا ہورہا ہے تو یقینا حکومت کیلئے بہت مسائل ہوسکتے تھے۔ خسرو بختیار وفاقی وزیر ہیں اور ان کا اپنا صوبہ محاذ گروپ تھا‘ اسی طرح بزدار صاحب کی حکومت چوہدری پرویز الٰہی کے کندھے پر کھڑی ہے۔ اب اگر مخدوموں اور چوہدریوں کی ملوں کے خلاف کارروائی ہوتی ہے تو یہ عمران خان کی حکومت نہ سہی بزدار صاحب کی حکومت تو گرا ہی سکتے ہیں اور عمران خان صاحب کی حکومت کی رِٹ صرف اسلام آباد تک محدود کر سکتے ہیں‘لہٰذا مخدوموں اور چوہدریوں کی ملوں کو نہیں چھیڑا گیا‘ یہاں سیاسی مصلحت سے کام لیا گیا۔تاہم جب ایک گروپ‘ جس نے سبسڈی لی ‘اس کا آڈٹ ہورہا ہے اور ملوں پر چھاپے مارے جارہے ہیں تو اس وقت دوسرے سیاسی گروپ کی ملوں کو چھوڑ دینا اس پورے عمل کو مشکوک کر دے گا۔ اس طرح انکوائری رپورٹ متنازعہ ہوجائے گی اور مل مالکان ایک دفعہ پھر بچ نکلیں گے۔ ترین کو اگر پکڑ بھی لیا گیا تو انہوں نے سیاسی انتقام کا نعرہ مار کر نکل جانا ہے کہ دیکھیں یہ سارا میلہ انہیں کو فکس کرنے کے لیے رچایا گیا تھا ‘ورنہ وہ بھی تو تھے جنہوں نے چوبیس ارب کی سبسڈی لی جن میں زرداری اور شریف بھی شامل تھے۔
اب سوال یہ بھی پیدا ہوگیا ہے کہ ان چوبیس ارب والوں کا آڈٹ کیوں نہیں کیا گیا ؟صرف ایک ارب روپے لینے والوں کا کیوں؟سنا ہے کہ اس پر خاصا وقت لگ جاتا اور وزیراعظم صاحب ترین کو فکس کرنے کے لیے جلدی میں ہیں۔اب آپ دیکھ سکتے ہیں کہ ہمارے ہاںجو اچھا کام شروع کیا جائے تو اس کا مقصد بھی ملک کے لیٹروں کو کٹہر ے میں لا کر انصاف کرنا نہیں ہوتا بلکہ صرف ان لوگوں کو سزا دینی ہوتی ہے جو گستاخی کر بیٹھیں۔مگرمخدوموں ‘ چوہدریوں اور چوبیس ارب روپے سبسڈی لینے والوں کو آڈٹ سے نکالنے کا فائدہ ترین گروپ کو ہی ہوگا۔اندازہ کریں پاکستانی آڈٹ بھی کتنا سیاسی طور پر سمجھدار ہے کہ مخدوموں‘ چوہدریوں اور دریشک کی ملوں کی طرف دیکھتا بھی نہیں کہ کہیں حکومت خطرے میں نہ پڑجائے ۔
وہی لطیفہ یاد آگیا کہ جس ملک کے حکمران‘ بابوز‘ آڈٹ اور آڈیٹرز اتنے سمجھدار ہوں‘ سمجھ نہیں آتا اس ملک پر ایک سو ارب ڈالرز کا قرضہ کیسے چڑھ گیا۔

Now they big name in Punjab. Cop ticket issue is a different matter because you don't know that who else is ticketed. It is clear in this case here that three were caught over speeding but two others were left out although there are 50 others who are also speeding on the same road in front of cop.
