This case was brought up by establishment to punish Justice Isa for some of his decisions supporting anti establishemnt elements..
In any case, this judge instead of answering what was asked, started telling who and who has properties in UK... and came up with some Imran Khan owening 6 properties.... Turns out that was some other dude with same name ..a 36 year old British citizen. .. LOL (an acusation for the sake of accusation.)
Question is, did the lady have actual papers.... anyone can wave stuff in front of the camera ... Judges were already lenient towards him...

Totally agree. The did this with another judge too ! Forgot his name but he refused to take pressure from the army and named them in a press conference. Later he was forced to step down.

As per early reports, it was being circulated that Supreme Court has given clean chit to Qazi Faez Issa.

But however it seems that Supreme Court have made the right decision.

All this case was being heard on the request of petitioner which was Qazi Faez Issa himself and his associate the bars.

Supreme Judicial Counsel could have asked directly to FBR to verify the case, if reference was heard in SJC.

However, only thing Faez Issa achieved through this is the waste of the time of the nation.

Same thing will happen first in FBR and then in SJC.

Same SJC asked him before to bring evidence. But he chose petitions.

Qazi Faez Issa have proved himself Meera of judges nothing else. This shows how much unprofessional he is.

Reference in SJC does not disqualify anyone but senior judges hear the case as per merits in SJC.

But faez issa in the process have shown mistrust on half of the bench members and degraded them.

I do not know how much insult, he has brought to judiciary.

In any case, Judiciary has made the right decision and its much appreciated.
