Here you go, your list is now close to my list and difference being your list showing year & fiscal year and mine monthly but both are correct. Now look at your list and see 24 billion dollars are maximum although it were 27 billion at one point but sharp decline within months. Wondering where these all billions disappeared, it went to heavy imports and most of it were luxury items. You went from 24 billion to 9 billions in about a year or even less wasting all in luxury import reaching overall import to 80 billion dollars a year. We had 30 billions export therefore 50 billions shortfall with over 4 billion per month. You have 4.6 billions in private banks about one month import bill and you & Wake up claiming that Khan left a strong economy. Look at import curve and there sky high import during exactly same period. What a waste of precious dollar which caused economy just on the door of bankrupcy.

First please use official source for any of your claim as i have given State Bank reference. Now kindly to support your claim bring us the details of Dollar spent of luxury import and let us know how many billion PDM Govt spent on imports that reserves went from 11B March 2022 to 3.1 billion in January 2023.
To teach you economy i want to tell you trade deficit is nothing Infront of Current account deficit because this is the account which balances all trade, loans and remittance. The worst shape of this account KHAN received with 19B deficit in 2018. (Which means lots of import, less export and less remittance).

PDM banned 50 luxiary items (most expensive cars, phone etc.) and impact is visible sharp decline in imports after June-2022. Again a third party website. Why are you scared of official numbers ? Are those websites making numbers at home ? or they work in Pakistan for data collection ? I still believe if you try you can easily understand relation between trade and current account deficit. Keep buying everything from outside kept artificially $ down by putting more $ into market through loans, bonds. So people can buy cheap imported items and destroyed own industry which can be seen by less exports and low jobs creation.
In KHAN era imports helped exports to raise. Proven by numbers (Pakistan Govt official Documents)
I asked you to bring those numbers you claim from official sources.

Because IMF went away during Khan era by violating their conditions and loan payements and necessary import was still there. PDM government was not getting dollars and dollars were going down due to necessary imports and loan payements; you cannot stop these payements. Bring proof of loan payments and necessary imports ?
Also tell if 2018 SBP Reserve were less than 2022 reserves so how KHAN managed those necessary imports at that time with a damaging 19B current account balance.

PDM Government itself delayed IMF as Miftah because Mian Sb was not ready to withdraw subsidy given by Imran Khan on Fuel.
