I think these sorts of rules are always there, MPs are meant for legislation and supervise their implementation. Even CM can't transfer an official neither can interfere in the postings they are watchdogs to stop and prevent any activity which is against given guidelines. What MR Showbaz is doing totally illegal and dramabazi but nobody cares. Problem lies in the implementation of the laws in true spirit. Best of luck to KPK govt to implement rule of law to both MPs and general public.
