Islam means submition to Allah .. submittion what Allah ordered through Quran and Hadith... it is not means peace which is a common misunderstanding..

As far as qital is concern muslims has to do it all times it not something which is stopped or in certain circumstances.

For example ..

when hudhud bring the information about queen sheeba that she worship sun ...what Hazart suliman did ?? he send her a letter in which he asked her to accept Islam or prepare herself for qittal. .. this is the right of Muslim state over non-muslims.

other examples is the life of sahaba...

what they did how this islamic state expend ...

more Muhammad(SAW) if you read his life you will find only few peace contarct
which was even broken and they did jihad with them even after the contract finish they didnt renew the peace contract ..


more what the tabaeen did? salahuddin ayaubi, noorudin zangi, and many more..

Actually the origional teaching of Qital is removed from all our places through a proper plan.. why because there is a haidth mafoom hay

Allah Tala wants to be dug out his treasure of knowledge...Our Mullah are fighting that only deen is the Ilm, Maths and physics is not...

anyway read quran and find out what is meaning of Jihad...

Mulla use this word just for killing ...It is clearly described in Quran , the difference of Jihad and Qittal...

Mulla is a mindeset, who is just hafiz of few sectarian books. without his personal experience and knowledge of today.

All the people who write Molana , Allama ,Mufti etc. with their names. They are not Ullama , the world Ullama means a doctor , a researcher , a dedicated person towards knowledge of life...
A MMBs is a doctor and could treat a person , where as the MSc of any subject like Anatomy , physiology, Zology , etc . could not treat anyone...

Because their knowledge is only one sided.

Mulla is Mirza Qadyani...who could turn Quranic meaning towards anyway...and the people also who followed him blindly without making any sense..

Mulla is person who makes the sects ,and divide people just based on their own limited knowledge of Quran...

Do you know about Bo Ali Seena , he was inventor of Shahnani , this musical instrument is still in use as main key of music.

He was master af every thing ,Quran and Hadees , medicine , maths technology, and all other fields of knowledge of that time...but he could not sing..

And to get the title of ' Hakeem ' he should be expert in sound...so he invented Shahnai, because he could not sing...

Today Molana, and Ulama called are like an armature person, making money because of Hadees and Quran..

Alim is a person who have Ilm. Having Ilm of anything makes a person Alim of that field

Ilm of anything didnt make anyone alim .. for example at the time of Muhammad (SAW) there were many kaffir who were knowledgeable in different fileds
but all them where jahil Allah called them Jahil in quran .. infact the Abu Jahal was himself famous because of his literature command.

So the one who accept Islam only he is Alim his Alim start as he accept Allah. he is in beginner statge and later he can get more.

Actually we are getting everything from non-muslim our culture our fashion our terminology everything infact our fashion is defined our culture is defined in
quran and hadith even how to go to toilet but if we found any one Phd we called him allim without knowing that his Alim is zero because he is not a muslim.
