There is no court above the supreme court. Supreme court is not supposed to meddle into the Govt affairs if there is no violation of the law taking place. SC is not authorized to dictate Govt how to develop its SOPs on any matter. If anything is going wrong it has to be fixed by the parliament.

However i know what you personally are doing right now by saying if it should be "SC or social media". You always do that when you are left with nothing to say.
If you want me to be stupid as you are acting then tell me will you come to Pakistan to Plead in favor of this Monkey in court, if you want me to plead against him in court ????

Supreme Court is the highest court in any country and if they don't know the laws then who else? A person like u a person who is a supporter of a convicted person and calling others stupid?

Thank you for giving me the undue respect. But your track record of arguing baseless is not supporting your point. Neither your previous writings in this thread support it.
So far as the subject is concerned you have twisted it again. The SC in Pakistan is famous for not knowing the law. Iftkhar Chodhary was a culprit for you people and none else. That is the Hippocratic hall of fame that you insafis carry on your shoulders and never get ashamed with this difference in approach.
I always was against the Courts interference in normal proceedings of Govt. And I have conscience enough to support even IK in this case. Because I admit that he is doing all he can and there is no need for CJ Monkey to show his importance in this matter.

But did you see what i meant in this thread. Did you see what the CJ Monkey has done ??? He ordered to remove Dr. Zafar Mirza --- for what ???? Every one is crying now.
Would you agree with what he has done --- be honest person and tell me did you find any wisdom in it. If you did please explain it to me.

No You dont have any other choice. as I said if you will not agree with this they may catch you with contempt of court.
These Idiots in SC have given no alternative solutions other than the lips service. You know why I am not against IK in this ordeal is because I can understand his genuine concern over placing stricter measures. It will kill more people with hunger than disease. And it will bring an anarchy and chaos, because people will not accept this.

I have a bad feeling with this development. If SC will not back off from this, it may be a sign of military take over. Somehow IKs efforts on corona are getting public approval. Opposition is also not resisting him to the extent they can. And this mught not be an acceptable scenario to establishment. They had been trying to decline IK before Corona, and seems like their program is halted due to this new development. So at least they want to mold public opinion in other direction.
