Assalam-o-alaikum.
Did u notice some problem in this article.. As i have heard Asia beebee confession in front of camera that there was a brawl on matter of water drinking in same glass or similar.. But here in this article Mr Hamid Meer is describing QURBANI KA GHOSHT.. Couldnot digest as this matter is quite old. Please explain if someone know better than me. About this LAW i agree to him..

Not only Blasphemy Law misuse of any law is condemnable. Aasia Bibi or any other innocent should not be punished upon wrong witnesses and false allegations. It is the duty of court to decide, and it made its decision. If she is innocent, according to normal practice she should appeal in upper court, rather than providing pre-judicial amnesty by President.
As pre-judicial murders are condemnable, pre-judicial decisions too. This will create more chaos in future.
