Every bloody bureaucrat when in service do not see the problems, similarly with the looter politicians. WTF was Orya doing while in service He could have raised his miserable voice when he was administering the most backward districts of the country. Suddenly his conscience has awakened and today when he is no longer sitting in a plush Govt. office he has started seeing problems everywhere.
