Dr Niaz only came up with an idea, a hypothesis. There is no guarantee that this idea will be successful. If this is such a great idea then why no government in the world paid any heed? Its been a long time since he presented his idea. Also, I cannot find the names of the two universities that gave him honorary PhDs. This news seems more like a cheap way to get self promotion then nothing else.

Govt made him OSD, he went to korea and they liked it and adopted it , look where is korea now, our looter politicians will never listen to him,,,, Last year shoukat tareen gave this govt a plan and they told him to resign..we need to hang these 1000 culprits otherwise get ready to get somalia visa standing in the long line.......
