آج سے نو سال قبل جب اس فورم کی ابتداء ہوئی تھی اس وقت یہ ایک اعلی معیار رکھتا تھا ، سیاسی ، تفریحی، مذہبی یا کسی بھی موضوع پر سیر حاصل تبادلہ خیال ہوتا تھا ، فورم کے ممبران مدبرانہ انداز میں اپنے اپنے نظریات کا اظہار خیال کرتے تھے ، اس طرح کی صحت مندانہ گفتگو سے سیکھنے اور دوسروں کے نظریات کو سمجھنے کا موقع ملتا تھا


پھر اس فورم کی شہرت کے ساتھ آھستہ آھستہ یہاں مجمع جمع ہونا شروع ہو گیا ، فورم کی آمدنی بڑھنے لگی اور منتظمین اس بڑھتی ہوئی ذمہ داریوں سے اپنے فرائض مکمل طور پر ادا کرنے سے قاصر نظر آنے لگے اور محسوس ہونے لگا کہ اب اس فورم کی باگ ڈور منتظمین سے سنبھالی نہیں جا رہی


مختلف تھریڈ پر صحت مند گفتگو کے بجاۓ اب غیر معیاری اور عامیانہ زبان کا استعمال شروع ہو گیا ، بارہا منتظمین کی توجہ مبذول کروانے کے باوجود نہ ہی ایسے فحش اور لچر زبان پر مبنی پوسٹ کو ڈیلیٹ اور نہ ہی ایسے ممبران کو تنبیہ کی گئی جس سے ایسے ممبران کی اور حوصلہ افزائی ہوتی رہی


انسان کی زبان اس کی ذہنیت ، خاندانی پس منظر ، اور والدین کی پرورش کی عکاس ہوتی ہے


اب یہاں دیکھا جا سکتا ہے کہ موضوع خواہ کوئی بھی ہو بغر سوچے سمجھے اپنے مخالفین کے لئے نہایت فحش اور لچر زبان استمعال کی جاتی ہے اور انہیں روکنے والا کوئی نہیں ، اس گرتے ہوئے معیار کے باعث بہت سے ممبران اس فورم پر اپنے نظریات کا اظہار کرنے سے کتراتے ہیں


اگر اس فورم کا معیار اسی طرح گرتا رہا تو یہ جلد ہی ایک کباڑ خانے سے بھی بدتر ہو جاۓ گا ، منتظمین کے پاس اب بھی وقت ہے کہ اس فورم پر اپنا کچھ وقت دیں اور اس کے میعار کو بہتر بنائیں - غیر ضروری رومن زبان کا استعمال بند کریں ، سرخیوں کو واضح کریں ، ایک ہی موضوع کی تکرار کو روکیں

I agree with what you have mentioned above.

The issue is there are too many up-loaders trying to make money through dailymotion videos. Their focus is to post as many videos as they can and that is certainly killing all of the other useful topics that should actually be showing up on the main page.

Also we have been receiving complains from TV channels that these up-loaders download their youtube videos and re-upload them on their channels to make money when their youtube videos should be displaying here and getting the credit. Also these guys hogging the main page, discouraging original posters to post anything at all.

so from now on,

All of these dailymotion uploaders will be completely banned from the site. If you want to post anything, post only youtube, twitter or facebook links. We will not allow anyone to destroy the user experience of our members.

About the titles, I'll make sure all of them are fixed and only written in proper English and to the point. No click-baiting will be allowed.

Anyone has any further suggestions, please mention in this thread and we'll make a proper document out of it and release it tomorrow for all to read.

Dude I dont know why on Chrome Browser videos or links from Facebook and twitter dont show up.

For last couple of years I have been using this site on a regular basis. For people like me this site has been primary source for wide range of content. Ads and click bait are real problem. I find that other sites are updaring political shows faster than this site. I really enjoy the information shared by members of this site and no other site has such active members partcipation.
