Why PML N is silent on its 10 points agenda ?

Hey friends I think everyone has forgot statements of PML N about its 10 points agenda. They were saying that PML N will go to the people and ask them for the implementation of this agenda. Where is that agenda ? Why PML N is silent on those 10 points ? :dunno::dunno:
