It started when he was Mr Singh was finance Minister he saw the opportunity and started educating ( crash courses in basic computer skills) peoples from south and sending them to the US for jobs and later sending their students for higher education in colleges and universities
Whereas in Pakistan Nooras and Murdaris were too busy looting the money

Pakistan has more potential than India but unfortunately traitors Nawaz and Zardari didn't paid attention to promote IT sector in Pakistan. Under PTI Govt the IT exports increased 40 percent last year and Govt is trying their best to increase exports to 10 billions a year. According to surveys Pakistan has potential to get 20-30 billion dollars through IT exports.

Indians only produce raw software which is actually asked to do from them anything else is doen is us or europe. Apart from this it is true indians are more then 50% are bluff and scammers.

Endia grabbed IT jobs from all over the world by creating fake Y2K BUG ....... This resulted in creating a nation of coders but not the innovators ..... Now 2 decades later Endians are known as scammers in IT field ..... They have developed gazillion IT centers with hundreds of employees to just scam people in foreign countries ......
You only have to see videos of Jim browning and kitboga to see scale of scams which runs into billions of dollars yearly where endian so-called IT educated youth scam elderly of their savings mercilessly without any remorse .......
