by definition no one is neutral and no one can be. at the end of the day every single one of us has to go and cast our vote and choose one out of the all options available. in a way i am neutral as i am willing to support anyone who will help Pakistan to come out of all troubles and bring her on the right path of prosper. in my opinion (not affiliation) only Imran khan is honest & credible. i don't say that he will never make mistakes and i sometimes have opinion against what he thinks but i cannot find a single leader as patriot to Pakistan as him. so if you want me to stay neutral by giving equal regards to criminals like Aasif zardari, Syed Raza Gillani and king of money laundering Nawaz sharif then i am sorry i would thousands times better to stay as biased for my Pakistan.
