The builders are the biggest looters. They take the costs of the projects in advance and try not to deliver the projects. They always cheat the poor people.
BUT at this moment of the worst flood of the history of Pakistan, No builder is comming forward to offer his services to BUID FIRST the houses for the flood victims and take the cost in instalments.
They have not even spoken few words of sympathy for the homeless people , because they want the entire country homeless.
The Government must bound the builders to BUILD FIRST for every housing project.
