This is a mere GP check up. Cardiac issue means a proper check up........admitted at least for a plenty of hours.........can't walk back to car..........UK health services have very clear cardiac piatients protocol and guidelines............he was in clinic to satisfy media coverage and hide his real agenda of UK visit.
