What will be Judicial Commission's decision on Election 2013

It won't be long now, Monday or Tuesday you will get the verdict. it should be that elections were not transparent and were full of irregularities.

it will be 2.5 from those clauses decided by PTI & PML-N, Clause 1 & Clause 2 is everyone saying.....clauses 3 will made as like 2.5 they will says most of seat with PML-N with fixing issue, but there are seats with been won by PTI & other parties have same issue...there is chance of Clause 3rd but its not proven in the court .................

میرا خیال ہے کہ کمیشن کا فیصلی ففٹی ففٹی ہوگا۔ کچھ بے قاعدگیوں کی بات ہوگی۔ چند ایک حلقوں پر دھاندلی ہوگی لیکن نون لیگ کو حکومت جاری رکھنے کی اجازت ملے گی۔ پی ٹی آئی کو بھی مکمل ڈی نائے نہیں کرے گی۔

اور اس کے بعد پی ٹی آئی کو بھی چاہیے کہ تنظیم نو کرے۔ اور کے پی میں حکموت پر توجہ دے اور ایسی مثالیں قائم کرے کہ اگلے الیکشن مین ان کا ووٹ بینک اور اسمبلی کی سیٹیں بڑھ جائیں

لیکن ساتھ ساتھ جوڈیشل کمیشن کو الیکشن ریفارمز کے حوالے سے حکومت کو قانون سازی کی ہدایت کرنی چاہیے کیوں کہ موجودہ سسٹم میں صرف کرپٹ اور پیسے والا ہی اسمبلی میں جا سکتا ہے۔

مرے خیال کے مطابق نمبر ٣ اور ٤ پر کوئی فیصلہ اے گا مگر نظریہ ضرورت بھی اس فیصلہ میں استمعال ہوگا .

Declared not systematic rigging, but rigging has happened all over Pakistan. NS will not be blamed, next time free and fair elections make sure right step are made.

basically a slap across PK people and PTI. The same crappy old system will stay with minor adjustmenets here and there which will not make much difference in stopping election rigging in future.

If General Raheel stick is behing JC backside then we can expect some good results otherwise cannot see fresh elections in near future. Also cannot see fair elections in distance future.

Let's be honest, there is no way the JC could completely ignore that jhalroo called election.
knowing the judiciary of Pakistan, they would never take any correct decision. They never going to say that PMLN stole this elections in a very organised manner. Therefore, the best option for them is to called imperfect elections with "Bezabtigian" and no organised rigging.

Pakistan is damned and doomed.

Abe khooooooooooooote de put, his cases have not reached the judiciary, when they do, you would see the result from your own eyes.
It is not like Kaaana Dajjal what he wrote in the judgement against Gilani is now not applied to the Gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanj brothers by ECP or SCP. Double standards when it comes to saving the skins of corrupt gaaanj brothers.
