Tumharay Zardari, Gillani, Kiyani, Nawaz, Shabaz, Altaf, Imran ki zimadari sirf Qawwali gana hay? Agar Pakistan may koyee apna kaam imandari say kar raha hay tu woh Supreme Court hee hay (appreciate karna seekho bhai).

my point is .. how is supreme court responsible .. and what soumoto action they need to take ?

no one is perfect .. atleast not in Pakistan .. but supreme court is doing better job than any other institution in pakistan ..

میرا نکتہ صرف اتنا ہے، آخر ہر ایرے غیرے کیس میں سپریم کورٹ سو موٹو نوٹس لے لیتی ہے، تو اس بار کیوں نہیں، کیا یہ صرف قوم کو بیوقوف بنانے والی بات نہیں، جہاں اصل میں ایکشن کی ضرورت تھی، وہاں سارے کے سارے ٹویاں ریفری ہو گیے، اچھا مذاق ہے قوم کے ساتھ​

and definitely he is not perfect.

Here in Canada, there is no government actually, community system is very strong and people run the govenment.

in Pakistan , Government drives the people...and people have no sense.

Look Nawaz Sharif is sitting in London since 2 months. in the mean time Raymond Davis has gone , doctors did strike , so many died , but he did not care...

And still people will vote sheer.... they r dead, sorry to say.

When will wake up they will manage every thing....SC too, assembly too.

برادر راز شاید یہ میری سب سے بڑی کمزوری ہے، جو میں اپنے لیے سوچتا ہوں، وہی ہر انسان کے لیے بھی سوچتا ہوں، میرے خیال میں ہر انسان کو پوری آزادی کے ساتھ پورے حقوق کے ساتھ زندگی گزارنے کا موقع ملنا چاہیے، یہاں کا سب سے بڑا مسلہ یہ ہے کہ، سب اپنا تو اچھا سوچتے ھیں، مگر دوسروں کو برا ہی تجویز کرتے ھیں، جو بات اب روز ے روشن کی طرح سے صاف عیاں ہے، سب ٹوپی ڈرامے میں ملے ہوے ھیں، ہر شخص اپنی سیاست کی دوکان چمکا رہا ہے، اور قوم کو بیوقوف بنانے میں مصروف ہے، اور قوم ہنسی خوشی بیوقوف بن رہی ہے، یہاں پر آپ کو سارے کے سارے آج بھی اسی طرح ملیں گے، کوئی جسٹس صاحب کا حامی، کوئی خان صاحب کا حامی، کوئی الطاف کا حامی، مگر کوئی اس بات کو سمجھنے کو تیار ہی نہیی کے اصل میں ان کے ساتھ کیا ٹوپی ڈرامہ ہو گیا ہے. بہت ہی افسوسناک صورتحال ہے.​

I am very crystal clear brother, but I am not sure, what do you mean by "WHEN DID SUPREME COURT TOOK SOMOTO IN US" What I wrote is very clear, Supreme court should have had taken a somoto notice, the moment Raymond Davis was released, there were lots of elements, which could have had followed in that regard, but even if they had not permission to take somoto notice, they should have had open a Judicial committe, but unfortunately nothing happened, I hope I am clear now.

As far as concerning the Somoto taken in place for lots of cases, why not this case, you need to realize the language rythum difference also, any ways let me know if you need further clarification in this regard.

تو بات آ کر مک مکا پر ختم ہو جاتی ہے، جسٹس صاحب کو میرے خیال سے اب استفا دے دینا چاہیے، کیونکے مک مکا کر کے ہی نوکری کرنے سے بہتر ہے کہ گھر بیٹھ جایا جایے، سارے چوروں میں بیٹھنے کی کیا ضرورت ہے، جسٹس صاحب پاکستان کے چیف جسٹس کہلاتے ھیں، یہاں پر ان کر فرض بنتا تھا، کہ جب اتنے بڑے پیمانے پر جرم ہو رہا تھا اور وہ بھی کھلے عام تو اس جرم پر گہری نظر رکھتے اور جو بھی اس جرم کی پشت پناہی میں ملوث ہوتا، اس کو کیفر ے کردار تک پوھنچاتے، مگر یہاں تو جسٹس صاحب نے ہی جرم کی پردہ کشی کر کے قوم سے غداری کا ثبوت پیش کیا، ایک سوال، جس ملک کے آپ شہری ھیں یا جس ملک کا میں شہری ہوں، کیا وہاں پر میں اور آپ جرم کے خلاف ایک عام شہری کی حیثیت سے گواہی دینے خود نہیں جاتے. جج تو بہت ہی دور کی بات ہے. یہ مثال میں نے اس لیے دی ہے، کیونکے پاکستان میں عدل و انصاف کا دوسرا نام چودھری افتخار حسسیں کہلاتا ہے. تو وہ سب کیا صرف قوم کو دکھانے اور بیوقوف بنانے کے لیے ہے. امید ہے آپ میرا مطلب سمجھ رہے ہوں گے.​
