Finance Ministry releases Rs 7.083 billion out of Rs8.900b allocated budget for FATA

ISLAMABAD: The Finance Ministry has released Rs 7.083 billion out of Rs 8.900 billion allocated budget as development budget for Federally Administrated Tribal Areas (FATA) in the first half of current fiscal year (2014-15).

“It is a comparatively good percentage of released amount out of allocated budget in last four years” statistics related to Finance Ministry and available with this scribe revealed that concerned departments have utilized an amount of Rs.1.670 billion from the released funds.

FATA comprises seven tribal agencies (districts) and six frontier regions, and are directly governed through a special set of laws called the Frontier Crimes Regulatons (FCR). The total population of the Federally Administered Tribal Areas was estimated in 2000 to be about 3,341,070 people, or roughly 2% of Pakistan’s population. Only 3.1% of the population resides in established townships. It is thus the most rural administrative unit in Pakistan.

Why have you been under punjab Phobia ? now according to 18th ammendment every province can start its own projects and many departments have been handed over to provinces
which project Federal government only budgeted to Punjab ? Punjab CM has started all projects as CM of punjab

Gilgt Baltistan gateway and starting point of economic corridor gets less then 30 billion total budget each year for such an important part of pakistan the whole assemble of GB share is less then one metro and they spent 44 billion for 23 km metro

which project Federal government only budgeted to Punjab ? Punjab CM has started all projects as CM of punjab

Pher kahtay hay hum KP may be metro bana daingay. O Bhaogay give their Full rights they will do itself.

You people are making Rs 5 bn projects in Rs. 50 Bn.

KP is making much better Mass Transit system of about 27 KM for Rs 14 Bn.

if you are saying about complains let starts from KPK go and research in which years kpk didt get its share ,during year 2011/12 KPK didt get its amount which federal had to pay and who was ruling that time no other than PPP , when did ? Balochistan said it has not got its designated amount and read above shared article in whcih writer clearly said for the first time in 4 years FATA got such amount and more than 80 percent of its designted amount has been given ,since the partition its the habbit of losers to blame Punjab for doing nothing thats the reason we are fighting for KALA BAGH dam and manay other projects by creating hypes against Punjab that Punjab will took each and everything etc just go and research last years NFS awards distribution of money in which Punjab slanders its share for small provinces ,ok Federal has not paid any thing what has done provisonal assmeblies with their own revenue ?
