To Iphone Haters: Apple sells nine million new iPhones in three days - Breaks all the previous launc

Apple just set a new all-time record for iPhone launch sales: it reports selling nine million total [FONT=Georgia, serif]iPhone 5s[/FONT] and [FONT=Georgia, serif]5c[/FONT] units this weekend, well over the 5 million of the[FONT=Georgia, serif]iPhone 5 launch[/FONT] last year. While the company isn't breaking down sales by individual models, it notes that the initial iPhone 5s supply has already sold out. The company also mentioned that more than 200 million devices are already running [FONT=Georgia, serif]iOS 7[/FONT]. That's the fastest software upgrade in history, according to Apple.

While it's difficult to put the sales and download figures into context without directly comparable numbers from rivals, it's clear that the new devices are off to a strong start.Check out Apple's self-congratulatory release after the break.

Samsung Galaxy S4 sold 10 million devices after the first month.

This turned out to be a MASSIVE success for apple, even after the negative campaigns on media.

This is one good example that people can't really always be fooled by the media.

Apple's marketing team is just amazing. They made the Gold color iphone really made it sound like a real Gold iphone. They set a great example for marketing.

They will easily be crossing 20 million after the first month and will make this the most successful apple device ever.

I have 4S and 5 in the family, they work flawlessly on IOS. This may have slowed down the older devices?

I am amazed at the die-hard fans of iPhone (bigsmile) (whose manufacturing cost is 207$, and is sold at 650$).
I guess 95% of these "self-proclaimed" techies have never ever used more than 50% features of this phone.

One thing Apple has on its side is Bling Bling factor, iPhone is still seen in the eyes of the fashionable people as must have device because it looks good. So other manufacturers need to add some Bling factor to their device and put more research on aesthetics.

Doesn't matter.... still android is dominating the market....
apple brings a technology which android has brought up ages ago.. this touch lock is nothing in front of samsung gear technology.. the patents which samsung has registered for its future handsets apple cannot even think of it for another 10 years.. the only thing which apple is good at ..luxurious look..thts it.. i dont want 3.7 inch screen for a handset after paying 549 lol thts outrageous..
apple is brand only... where samsung is capable to introduce new tech as soon as they can... apple 5c is the biggest flop ever.

dont forget samsung has more then half a dozen different android handsets in the market.. if you will count the sell of android handsets apple is no where near...
samsung is launching knox security system for its galaxy series...and the series of gear technology will dominate the tech market..
the one and only thing which i really appariciate about samsung.. they are sooooooo brave.. they do what they plan. where apple has a confused mindset.. after a year they have produced a handset nothing but change in color.. isnt it stupid
