I am guessing that is a sarcastic comment? Anyways, it could have been obtained through sources privy to these meetings. MoMs aren't top secret unless stated otherwise. It was already clear that Nawaz Sharif did not bring up the drones issue with Obama. This exposition by TUQ only sheds light on the mechanism of how it all came to fruition.
