Our media cannot get anymore stupid than this. Can anybody really believe that banks do not have room for keeping cash which is just a fraction of the whole of the economy? The actual money in the modern economies exits only in numbers. How funny could it be to say that you cannot add numbers in the computers......heheheee!

They also did not ask people Not to pay taxes but just delay it to avoid negative interest on that.
