"Suspected suicide bomber" turned out to be innocent

The fact was revealed by the neighbourer of the Yousuf , Mr. Mian Furqan Mehmood


When an innocent person is accused of terrorism! Media was quick to splash an image of identification card of "Terrorist" suspect all over the place, very much like passports of alleged 9-11 hijackers that somehow stayed intact. Intelligence agencies were quick to round up this suspect's family members and acquaintances.
Finally, the suspect has turned out to be another victim of this mindless terrorism.
You may wonder why was this victim initially named a suspect? For starters, he was a student of a Madrassa, a Hafiz-e-Quran, from South Punjab ... perfect scapegoat.

What media wouldn't tell you is that he was about to get married next month, being a poor man, he still taught neighborhood children the Holy Quran for free, was learning English in evenings, he was also getting ready to appear in his Metric exams ...
how do I know all this? Because he lived in my neighborhood and was enrolled in evening classes at my sister's school. Most of Pashtuns from the neighborhood have been rounded up by agencies since last night, this victim's family and friends are still in custody of intelligence agencies. And I am left wondering that if terrorists have already won.

جس پردیسی مولوی کو خودکش بمبار کہا جا رہا تھا اس کا ایک اور مولوی دوست یعقوب زخمی حالت میں ہسپتال میں پڑا تھا، اب وہ بیان دینے کے قابل ہوا تو اس نے بتایا کہ یوسف وہ اور ان کا ایک اور دوست بلال ہر ہفتے اس پارک آتے تھے۔ اس بار بھی وہ پارک آئے تھے، ایک دوسرے کی تصویریں بنا رہے تھے کہ دھماکہ ہو گیا، یوسف اور بلال اپنی جان سے گئے، اور بچ گیا یہ یعقوب۔ اس کے اس بیان سے یہ بات واضع ہو گئی کہ یوسف خود کش بمبار نہیں تھا۔پولیس نے راتوں رات اس بیچارے یوسف کے پورے خاندان کو اٹھا لیا ہے، اب یہ خبر منظر عام پر آنے کے بعد وہ داشور بھی اپنے طرز عمل پر نظر ثانی کریں جو میڈیا رپورٹ کے ساتھ کسی مدرسے کا طالبعلم ہونا دھشت گرد ہونے کے لئے ایک حتمی دلیل سمجھ لیا کرتے ہیں۔ ہمارے میڈیا کی سوچ پر تف ہے، کہ داڑھی ہونے کو دھشت گردی کے لئے اتنا لازمی سمجھ لیتے ہیں کہ دوسرے حقائق سے آنکھیں ہی بند کر لیتے ہیں۔ کل سے آج تک سارے میڈیا اینکر اپنا اپنا منجن بیچ رہے ہیں، کہ یہاں کھڑا تھا خود کش حملہ آور، یہاں تھے بچے، بچے کھیل رہے تھے، وغیرہ وغیرہ۔
میں نے کل بھی کہا تھا کہ جس کو خود کش حملہ آور کہا جا رہا ہے، اس کا ستر فیصد جسم درست حالت میں ہے، اور اتنے بڑے دھماکے میں ایسا ہونا نا ممکن ہے۔ اب حکومت کو اس پہلو پر مزید غور کرنے کی ضرورت ہے کہ یہ میاں نواز شریف صاحب کے سرحد پار رشتہ داروں کی طرف سے کلبھوشن کی گرفتاری کے ردعمل میں ایک پلانٹڈ دھشت گردی تھی۔۔ میاں نواز شریف صاحب نے حق رشتہ داری نبھاتے ہوئے قوم سے اپنے آج کے خطاب کے آخر میں ایک جملہ کہا ہے، جس پر کسی نے شاید غور ہی نہیں کیا ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔
