I surely will be the first one No doubt to criticize Martial Law

But in today's episode, they seem to have to handled rather well
and exposed Qadri very badly who wanted Army to come and receive him
but then settled with Governor Punjab...

I agree with you they handled it nicely today apart from re-routing the plane to lahore. I don't know why they are making Qadri a hero but giving him too much attention. What are they afraid of?? Qadri doesn't believe in pmln's government and now when police killed his supporters brutely even I and common people like me won't believe in pmln. His motive was fulfilled by pmln themselves not anyone else to call in army. pmln needs to cool down and let him do his thing within the constitution but Alas!!! their ministers and bureaucrats are acting like "hathon ke totay ur jana".

Re-routing of the plane was part of strategy they devised to handle it,
otherwise he would be on GT road for three days.

They are not scared of Qadri as a force

I believe a person can act like this only when he knows if he has done something fishy. PTI's stance is completely different than Qadri. They just need those 4 constituencies to be thumb printed and they have been asking election tribunal and then courts but no one listened to them because of noora's influence. So tell me please, If pmln does something wrong, who is going to ask them? they have all the law enforcement and law making organizations under their hood as we saw chief justice didn't take any suo moto on lahore's incident. If there is no one to ask questions from the government than how it is different from Musharraf's dictatorship? we saw the same results from courts, judges who took their oath under PCO and now they are acting like pmln's influenced courts. Its simply the same....

we moan that judiciary is hyper active and in the very next sentence we say that Judiciary is not Suo Moto

LHC could not take Suo Moto as a judicial commission was formed very next day
so they could not even if they wanted to

Judicial commission was formed to investigate whose fault was that but the very next day FIR was launched against Qadri's son (whose name was taken out later) and supporters so the judicial commission has no credibility (proved by pmln). Law minister was fired which was another example to disown the judicial commission. as a pakistani citizen just suppose if pmln's workers were assassinated by police in PPP's era, would you not have expected a suo moto from chief justice? that time you wudve been the victim and PPP would have been the dictator for you.

I agree with you that its the other side of the story but making a decision by listening to one party would have been much biased and exposed infront of the citizens. It would have been different if Tassaduq jilani would have shown some power of judiciary to show that law is still valid in pakistan then we could have said that its a fair decision but i understand he is leaving his post and cannot afford to be the bad guy infront of current government
