I do agree with you that they can not check all videos and posts but if someone indicate with proof then this is their duty to perform their DUTY as well as they should also announce what action they took against those cheaters .
If they are not able to act even members of Siasst.pk provide the authentic proof then sorry to say " Credibility of Siasst.pk as well as Credibility of all admin and credibility of all member is on stake "
