Yes, it seems photoshoped. I also saw the video of him(RM) coming out of the container and until he lift, there was no such scene as shown in the pic..

This can be a very positive move. Government and Marchers had developed bad taste already and national institutions were being maligned by Government and allies. Both sides were simply not able to trust each other and a third force was required to cool it down and bring them back to reason and logic. I believe PML-N will be willingly offering more than expected to this third front and marchers will be reviewing their desires list. A golden middle is required now so that country can move forward. I must request Pakistanis from both ends of the divide to pray for success of this process and should not taunt each other at the outcome of this effort. Let us be merciful to Pakistan.
