رمیز کلپ فورم کے ویڈیو اکاونٹس سے پوسٹ کرتے ہو نگے ظاہر ہے وہ ویوز کا پیسہ فورم کو ہی ملتا ہوگا .. اس لیے رمیز کو بین کیوں کریں گے وہ اپنی جاب کر رہے ہیں ..

سوچیں اگر رمیز کو ہولڈ بیک کریں تو اس بات کی کیا گارنٹی ہے کے آپ تھریڈ بنائیں گئیں یا میں بناؤں گی ..ہم نے تو مرضی سے پوسٹ کرنا ہے اور فورم اسطرح ممبرز کا محتاج نہیں ہوسکتا ، اسکو فلو چاہئیے اور وہ سٹاف ہی کر سکتا ہے ممبرز نہیں

You are right,
but most of the time these Gentlemen overdo their Job, and some indigenous threads created with a lot of research, and some valuable contents are buried under the bulk of useless media clips, and goes unnoticed by majority of the members. This matter must be looked into, and DUE space be given to indigenous threads, OR they be kept in a separate portion, creating a CHOICE for members.

Good suggestion.
Like you said valuable content get buried due to bulk of threads then tell me who can give guarantee that valuable stuff will be posted consistently?
Think it through business perspective and gain. Adeel needs this forum up and running. You lot have good suggestions but all of us are voluntary posters. We can't be consistent in posting to engage traffic on forum. Rameez is doing that job to keep the traffic busy. It is business, obviously you will see useless threads too but then again he has to keep it running.

Exactly.....my point .............the Forum shud not be made so commercial that it stifles free thinking .........the forum never had Rameez Choudary when it began ........it was members like u n me who made it wt it is now but for ur greediness i.e @Adeel's don't go overboard n control ur team

Bear in mind this forum is Adeel's property and personal business. It is all commercial based. How can he make it 'members' dependent' to run the forum? In business concept one has to look at the possibilities to boost it. You have a point that members like us brought this forum to current blooming point but people move on and sadly it is common practice to forget real well wishers.
