No you can't, airline will not issue boarding pass
I had to travel urgently once and both my Pakistani passport and NICOP were expired
they refused boarding pass and I had to get a fax from high commission plus sign an airline indemnity to take that flight ..

Hahaha yeh dua since 1947 mangi ja rahi hai par ulta hi asar ho raha hai. lol.

US Passport mil sakta hai. Pakistani passport kabhi strong nahi ho sakta. Don't waste your short life chasing Pakistan. Khuda ne poori duniya banaee hai tumhare liye.

AOA, I need expert advise, I have dual nationalities. at the time of entry in pakistan my nicop was valid, no issue. now both my nicop and pakistani passport are expired. I have entry stamp on my canadian passport and is still valid. can i use just canadian passport to exit pakistan.
