Qasida Burda Sharif

Durood Sharif (Darood-e-Ibrahimi), part of each salat, was taught to us by our beloved prophet (pbuh) for whom the Quran is evidence that he (pbuh) does not speak from himside but from Allah's will and command.

Now where is Qasida Burda has come from whether its shrif or not is some thing else, who made this how could it be compared with the Darood Sharif?

They are serioud reservations about this Burda, get all those reservations from the internet and decide in the light of QUran and Sunnah and beware of Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri.

May Allah guide us all

What is meaning of DAROOD?

What is meaning of "QASIDA"?

What is difference between Qasida and Darood?

Who told you Qasida Burda Sharif is type of Darood?

Who told you to read Burda Sharif in Salah?

Who told you that Burda Sharif has EQUAL importance as Darood e Ibrahimi?

Who told you if you don't read Burda Sharif then you are not Muslim?

What are your PARAMETERS of comparison?

Please do reply then I shall get back to you.

After islam has come, no one has any other option but to accept islam doesn't matter which shriah they were following b4. WE as muslims has full believe in all the prophets (pubt) and books and angels and akhirat and every thing which is told to us by our prophet (pbuh) and the quran.

There is no confusion, no addition and no subtraction is allowed in islam. Qasida Burda.............look for serious reservations about this.

I am not responding to post of "Veila Mast", as this person has an intension of confuse things together and try to include things of sufism as part of islam......sufism is not islam does not matter how many things it gets from islam.

Do investigate the originality of matters you accept on the name of islam.

There is no denial from the importance of Darood (all those which are taught through hadiths and not like created like this burda and all the naats etc.) and its importance in islam as this proved from the hadths........but y to make ppl realise this Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri has to told stories which has no worth in islam............................he could simply convey the message and pursuade the ppl by telling the hadith.....he is not addressing the non-muslims who will be impresed by these unproved stories.............every muslim must regard and obey the hadith directly

Allah knows best. May Allah guide us all.

Q.) I wanted to know if the Burdah Shareef by Imam Busairi is okay to read. I've heard some people say it's bidah due to some of the verses, but others say it's for the love of Prophet

. Please let me know. [Sara]

A.) Yes, it is permissible to read Qaseedah Burdah as the verses merely portray the immense love of the author for Rasulullah

However, this in no way can compare to the recitation of the noble Qur'an which is of paramount importance. And Allah Ta'ala Knows Best

The Ahnaf says

http://qa.sunnipath.com/issue_view.asp?HD=7&ID=11961&CATE=108

In the Name of Allah, Most Merciful and Compassionate
May Allah's peace and blessings be upon His Beloved Messenger Muhammad, his noble folk, righteous companions, and all followers

No, the Qasida Burda doesn't contain "shirk" (associating partners with Allah) or other deviations from sound Islamic belief. Rather, it is a pure expression of deep and passionate love for the Beloved Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), whose love is a condition of faith.

The Qasida Burda has been accepted by the mainstream of Islamic scholarship as one of the greatest statements of love for the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). It is recited across the Muslim world, from East to West, as it has been for centuries. There are dozens of commentaries on it, by many of the greatest scholars of Islam, none of whom saw any "blatant shirk" in its beautiful praise of the Beloved Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him). However, given its eloquence and depth, certain verses-such as those criticized by our respected critic-need to be understood as the author meant them. It is unfair to interpret others' words in ways they did not mean.

[1] The critic cites the opening of the verse as an example of "shirk" in the Oneness of Allah's Lordship (tawhid al-rububiyya):

"From our generosity is the world and its partner [the Hereafter]..."

Our respected critic claims that this refers to the creation of the world and there hereafter-as if Busiri is claiming that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and his generosity created them! The Arabic text if this verse doesn't mention "creation" in it.

As Imam Ibrahim al-Bajuri makes clear in his commentary on the Burda, what this means is that the best of this world and the next is from the gift the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) gave-by Allah's granting-to humanity.

The best of this world is the guidance of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), by which alone this worldly has any meaning; and the best gift of any human to humanity in the Hereafter is the intercession the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) makes-as established in rigorously authentic hadiths, as we will see below.

There is a basic principle in knowledge that, "Ruling on a matter comes after sound understanding of it." To criticize someone's words, one must first soundly understand them as the author intended them-not as one's own understanding determines.

[2] The critic then cites the following verses as example of shirk in Allah's Names & Attributes,

"And from your knowledge is knowledge of the Pen and Tablet"

It is established that Allah commanded the Pen to write the details of all matters until the Last Day-namely, before the Resurrection and Hereafter-as related in authentic hadiths in Ahmad and Tirmidhi. These hadiths were considered mass-transmitted by al-Amir al-Kabir in his commentary on Laqani's Jawharat al-Tawhid, as Kattani relates in Nadhm al-Mutanathir.

In this hadith, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "The first of Allah's creation was the pen." Then he mentioned that Allah commanded it to, "Write everything that will occur, until the Last Hour." [Ahmad 21649, from Ubada ibn Samit (Allah be pleased with him)]

It is authentically established that Allah granted His Beloved Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him) knowledge of the events of this worldly life.

There is no "shirk" in this: (1) it is authentically established in the sunna; (2) it is by Allah's granting, so there is no point of comparison between the Absolute, Infinite, and unacquired Knowledge of Allah and the acquired, and limited (though inimaginably vast) knowledge of the Best of Creation (Allah bless him and give him peace).

The knowledge of the Pen and Tablet-being this knowledge of worldly events until the Last Day-is "from" the knowledge of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) because he was also granted tremendous knowledge of matters of the hereafter, and of Allah and His Attributes-the greatest of all knowledge.

What we need to understand is that Allah granted His Beloved Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace) tremendous knowledge of the Unseen, including details of matters of this life and the next; and He granted His Beloved (Allah bless him and give him peace) greater knowledge of Himself than any of His creation.

Thus, there is no element of shirk in this verse. It simply affirms what the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) himself affirmed, not more and not less.

[3] Our respected critic then cites the following verse as an example of "shirk" in Allah's Oneness in Divinity (tawhid al-uluhiyya):

" And who else there, besides you, who I can call out, at times of distress and problems?"

This is our critic's suggested translation. A sounder translation is:

"O Most Honored of Creation! Whom can I turn to
But you when the Encompassing Event befalls?"

The "Encompassing Event" (wrongly translated us "times of distress and problems") refers specifically to the distress that befalls all creation on the Day of Resurrection. As authentic hadiths in Bukhari [3092], Muslim [287], and elsewhere affirm, all of creation will go from one prophet to another, each of whom is busy with themselves-out of absolute awe of Allah-and tells them to go to another prophet. Finally, all of creation goes to our Beloved Messenger (Allah bless him and give him peace), seeking respite from the tremendous tribulation and distress of that Day. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) answers their call, affirming that this is from what Allah granted him, and turns to Allah seeking respite for creation, and this is granted to him by Allah.

There is no suggestion in this verse that a believer shouldn't turn to Allah Himself when distress and problems occur. Rather, it is simply affirming something the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) affirmed: that Allah has granted His Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) general intercession for all creation from the intensity of the tribulations of the Day of Judgment, and that on that Day all creation will find none in creation to turn to for assistance but Allah's Beloved (Allah bless him and give him peace).

This also shows that seeking the assistance of creation-whether in material or spiritual matters-does in no way negate one's understanding that Allah alone is the ultimate granter. But our Giving Lord has shown us that there are both material and spiritual means one seeks, while fully aware that the Giver and Granter is none but Allah.

This is the aqida of the mainstream of Muslims: we affirm the taking of material and spiritual means, and affirm that the granter is only Allah Himself. This is the understanding of the great Companion of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), Rabi`ah ibn Ka`b al-Aslami (Allah be pleased with him), who said, "O Messenger of Allah! I ask you for your company in Paradise!" The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) replied, "Assist me concerning yourself with much prostration." [Muslim (754)]

And Allah alone gives success.

good bye
Thats an absolute non-sense, it shows how empty minded you r, who has no more valid logic to arge with.

What is salfi by the way, was holly prophet(pubh) salfi?

what message prophet(pubh) gave us, the quran and sunnah isn't it? didn't he teach us how to praise him, if yes then y on earth any sensible muslim will leave the words of praise (taught by him) and get hold of some human being's words (doesn't matter how famous, big scholor etc.) he is.

listen to the video, in my little sense this man(tahir-ul-qardi) is crossing the line, he is saying our prophet(pbuh) maz Allah was moving his upper body left and right listening to this qaseeda in the dream of the inventor...............

There are many books on the seerah of our prophet(pbuh), not a single authenticated book (in my knowledge) says anything of this sort from is life...........how come an attribute which is not in his personality after death becomes part of him..........may Allah forgive us all and guide us.

Dear friends, the simple fact is that whoever has love for allah has it for the prophet because without him one will not know allah. Likewise whoever has love for the prophet cannot hate those who support his cause. So stop fighting and start thinking my friends. The more you think the less you will fight. So think of the bigger picture and gather yourselves together on the foundation that is solid.

Pleae learn the rules for halaal and haraam so that you know bettrer as to what islam really is. One cannot go around telling people this is haraam or that is haraam without having any proof about it whatsoever. All that people do in the name islam is ok so long as it brings no harm to it. However, today it is necessary that we know the quran properly because we are losing it by taking on other things to the extent that these things leave no time for us to study the cause for which the message was sent and for which many lost everything even their lives.

This is like a person's father is carrying heavy load and the person is just busy talking about him to others how nice his father is without helping the father to carry the load. It is better that we learn the actual cause properly and support it propely. So we must not lose our focus ie the quran and what it was sent for that is to establishing freedom, justice, fairness, brotherhood, progress and prosperity in the hope of hereafter. If we are steping away from the main thing then we are not really doing what we are supposed to be doing.

regards and all the best.

106) And
seek relief using guidance from Allah for your difficulties, for Allah is generous in relieving difficulties of people by guiding them towards their solutions.

107) And
plead not on behalf of those who betray their own conscious for Allah loves not the treacherous who opposes his guidance in deeds.

108) Such
may succeed in hiding their crimes against humanity from the people at large but they cannot hide them from Allah. He is with them even when theyplot by night in words that He does not approve. Allah encompasses all that they do.

109)
You may plead for them in this life, but who will plead for them with
Allah on the Day appointed? Or who will be there to defend them?

110)
However if anyone does any harm to anyone or oneself and then reforms in accordance to Allah’s guidance, he will find Allah bringing relief mercifully.

111) Surely
whoever does any harm to others in actual fact does it against himself ,for Allah is all knowing Wise.

112)
But if anyone commits a crime and puts blame on another, he indeed shall bear the burden of slander and of intended harm to his victim.

113) If Allah’s guidance and his blessings were not with you, a group of them was determined to lead you away from way that is right. They led astray none but themselves, and they cannot do you any harm at all for Allah has revealed to you the Book and the wisdom thereby taught you that which you knew not; great indeed is the guidance of Allah for you.

114)
There is no virtue indeed in most of the secret counsels of the people because of conspiracies against what is good for humanity; it is, however, good even if one does it secretly to bring to humanity what is good for it or plans to be kind to others, or works for reconciliation among people to unite them for good; the one who does this to please Allah, will soon be rewarded greatly.

115)
And anyone who conspires hostility against the Messenger after the guidance from Allah has been plainly conveyed to him and follows a path other than that of the rightly guided people, We shall leave him on the path he has chosen for himself and let him land into agony which is an evil refuge.

116)
Beware indeed! Allah accepts not any excuse by anyone that gods be associated with him but he may accept excuse of anyone regarding matters other than that if they are consistent with his guidance. For one who commits to polytheism has indeed gone far away fromthe way that is Right.

117) These polytheists c
all upon none beside him as deities but females and they call upon none but for the fact that they do it as their make belief in following of the rebel, the persistent opposer of Allah's guidance.

118) Up
on whom rests Allah's verdict that he will remain away from his guidance for he said, I will take a major portion of the people you created and make them follow me as their leader.

119)
I will inspire some of them with ambitions against your guidance and convince them to treat others worse than cattle. I will order them to tamper with Allah’s creation in a way that leads them to harm and destruction. Therefore whoever takes the wicked person as his leader instead of Allah's guidance has indeed become a clear-cut loser.

120) The wicked leader
makes them promises to stir up in them false ambitions; surely the wicked leader makes them promises only to deceive them.

121)
The end of such people who follow him will be agony from where they will find no way to escape.

122)
As for those who have faith in our guidance and work according to it, We shall soon lead them to gardens beneath which rivers flow to live therein forever. This is the promise of Allah, true indeed, and who can speak such self evident truth other than Allah?

123) Say to polytheist, neither according to your ambitions nor those
of the People of the Book the result will be determined by to rule of consequences that whoever will do harm to others will end up with harm and he will find none to protect or help him other than Allah.

124)
And whoever takes actions that are right, whether male or female - provided he or she is a believer in the right way- shall enter garden and will not be harmed even in the least.

125) And whose
Way of life is better than the one who is committed to peace amongst mankind for sake of Allah, and he does good to others and follows the path of Abraham the upright one, and whom Allah chose to be His friend?

126)
To Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and in the earth. and Allah encompasses everything.

127) And
they ask for your guidance again concerning the women. Tell them: Allah has warned you about them already as to how you should treat them and you read it in the book relating women with orphan children to whom you do not give their lawful rights and to whom you do not marry. He also warned you regarding the treatment of helpless children, and how you should stand firm for just treatment of orphans. beware! Whatever good you do, Allah surely knows it.

128) Moreover
if a woman senses desertion from her husband because he cannot meet his legal responsibilities for his wife and her children despite trying or because he is no longer as fond of her as he once was, there is no blame if both of them agree to reconcile by means of a compromise, after all compromise is better to keep family together. Also forget not that in a human is present greed for more, so if you show generosity and be mindful of Allah in your dealings with each other then Allah is aware of all that you do and reward you accordingly.

129) As
it is not possible for you to treat all your wives equally in all respects even if you
wanted to; yet lean not towards one wife to the extent that you neglect the other altogether. If you work out a friendly understanding and be mindful of Allah then Allah too is generous in his compassion.

130) Yet
if the spouses decide to separate then Allah will let each one be independent of the other and lead them to His bounty, for Allah takes care of all by way of his infinite Wisdom.

131) because
to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and in the earth. And We directed the People of the Book before you and now direct you also, to be mindful of guidance of Allah when you deal with each other, But if you go against then be warned that Allah owns all that is in the Heavens and in the Earth and Allah is Self-sufficient, worthy of all praise.

132) Behold!
To Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and in the earth and Allah is sufficient as aProtector.

133)
If it was his will, He could have destroyed you all O people and bring others in you place because Allah has the power to do that.

134)
Anyone who desires the good reward of this world should know that with Allah rest the good rewards of both, this world and the hereafter and Allah is all hearing all and all seeing.

135)
O you who claim to have faith in the guidance of Allah! Stand firmly up right for what is just and bear witness to the truth just for the sake of Allah, not for personal advantage, eventhough it be against yourselves, your parents or your relatives. It should matter not whether the party is rich or poor, powerful or weak - for Allah is master of both. So let not your selfish ambitions swerve you from justice. If you distort your testimony or decline giving it,then you should remember that Allah is fully aware of all that you do.

136)
O you who claim to have faith in guidance of Allah! Believe in Allah and His Messenger and the Book which He has revealed to His Messenger, and in every Book which He previously revealed properly. He who denies Allah by way of believing not properly in His angels and His Books and His Messengers and the Last Day has strayed far from the path that is right.

137)
As for those who claim to have faith in our guidance then oppose it, who thereafter again claim to have faith in it and again go back and oppose it, and go on increasing their opposition to it, Allah will neither relieve them of the consequences for doing this nor take away their freewill to guide them to the way that is Right by force.

138)
Announce the painful suffering to such hypocrites as the consequence of their wrong doings.

139) Those
who choose the opposers of our guidance as their guides instead of those who claim to have faith in our guidance. Are they seeking honour in being with them Whereas all honour rests with Allah Alone to bestow on whom he pleases?

140
He has already revealed for you in the Book that when you hear Allah’s revelations being attacked and laughed at by people due to their ignorance, you must not sit listening to them but engage them in a proper dialogue properly unless they move away from the topic of their talk, otherwise you too are acting like them ignorant not using Allah's guidance to guide them. Be warned that Allah is going to gather the hidden opposers of his guidance and the obvious opposer of it all together in hell.

141)
The hidden opposers from within are the ones who wait and watch to see which way the wind blows. If Allah grants you victory in a battle, they say to you: Were we not with you? And if the opposers of our guidance gain upper hand in a battle, they say to them: Were we not strong enough to fight against you? Yet we protected you from the believers by conspiring against them. Allah will decide between you and them on the Day appointed. Surely Allah will never let opposers of his guidance triumph over those who support it.

142)
Surely the hypocrites try to undermine the guidance of Allah but He lets them thereby defeat themselves; watch how they stand up for prayers they stand up reluctantly merely to beseen by people and remember not Allah even in the least degree.

143)
- wavering between belief and disbelief, belonging neither to this nor to that. Whom Allah deems stray, for him you cannot find the Way.

144)
O you who claim to have faith in our guidance! Do not choose the opposers of it for your leaders instead of those who guided by our guidance. Would you like to furnish Allah a clear proof against yourselves?

145)
Surely the hypocrites will be in the severest depth of agony and you will not find any helper for them.

146)
However, those who repent and mend their ways and hold fast to Allah's guidance and become sincere in their devotion to Allah - they are to be considered part of those who have faith in our guidance. Allah will soon grant the believers a mighty reward.

147)
Why would Allah punish you if you are grateful and true to you claim of faith in his guidance? For Allah looks at the grateful gracefully.

148)
Allah does not like use of hurtful words between people except by someone who is hurt without justification. So do no harm to each other for Allah is all hearing and all knowing.

149)
If you do good for others openly or in private or relieve others from harm then surely Allah has power to relieve you of any harm.

150)
Those who oppose guidance of Allah and his Messenger and intend to separate Allah from His Messengers by saying: We believe in some of the book and reject the rest - seeking a middle way between the right way and the wrong way-

151)
- these are the ones who actually oppose our guidance but We have prepared for such opposer a humiliating suffering.

152)
As to those who believe in Allah and His Messengers and do not discriminate between any of them, We shall soon give them their due rewards. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful.

153)
The People of the Book demand of you that a heavenly book should be sent directly to them rather than through you but they demanded of Moses a yet bigger thing than this. They said to him let Allah himself show us clearly what he wants of us exactly rather than through you. Thus they were taken over by arrogance because of their opposition to our guidance. Thereafter they took the calf for worship after clear guidelines had come to them. Yet we relieved them of their ignorance by giving Moses the guidance manifest.

154) And
we bound them by their obligation and we brought upon them restriction and we said to them, enter the gate submissive to our guidance and we said to them, transgress not limit regarding Sabbath, and we took of them a solemn pledge.

155)
Yet they broke their promise and rejected the Revelations of Allah and killed the Prophets unjustly. And still they say: Our brains are full of knowledge. Nay! rather Allah has let their brains become sealed due to their habitual persistent opposition to his guidance. So they put not their faith in the guidance of Allah save a minority.

156) And due to their rejection of guidance and their levelling of a grave accusation against Mary.

157) And due to their claim
that We have killed the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, the
Messenger of Allah even though they killed him not, nor crucified him rather it was made to appear for them that way. So those who dispute about it are surely in doubt about him. They have no real knowledge rather they follow nothing but a conjecture, certainly they killed him not.

158)
Rather Allah defended him Himself. Allah is Mighty Wise.

159) And
there should be none amongthe People of the Book who claims faith in our guidance but should believe in this fact before his death; for on the Day appointed he will be a witness against them.

160)
Because of the transgression of those who claim to be Jews against our guidance we let them suffer the consequences by way of making unlawful that which was good and lawful for them and due to their misleading of manypeople from the way of Allah,

161) and due to their
profiteering of others in spite of its prohibition and due their cheating of others out of their properties. Thus We prepared a way of painful punishment for those among them who oppose faith.

162) On the contrary
those among them who are well grounded in knowledge therefore have faith in our guidance and believe in what has been revealed to you and other Prophets before you, establish prayer and attain freedom from doing what is unlawful, and believe in Allah and the Last Day will soon be given a mighty reward.

163) Indeed we
have sent revelations to you just as We sent to Noah and the
Prophets who came after him; We also sent revelations to Abraham, Ishmael, Isaac,
Jacob, his descendants, Jesus, Job, Jonah, Aaron and Solomon, and to
David We gave the Psalms.

164) And to m
essengers We have told you about and the messengers We have not mentioned to you; and to Moses Allah spoke likewise.

165)
All our Messengers conveyed good news to mankind for making the world a better place with help from our guidance and warned them with consequences for doing things against that so that after the message has reached them through our Messengers, people have no excuse to plead against Allah on the appointed day that you did not guide us or we would not have harmed ourselves. Indeed Allah is Mighty in his Wisdom.

166) Regardless
Allah bears witness that what He has sent to you, He has sent it of His own Knowledge and so do bear witness the saints; though enough is Allah’s testimony as evidence.

167)
Those who oppose our guidance and hinder others from the Way of Allah, have indeed strayed far away from the Path that is right.

168)
Surely Allah will neither relieve those who oppose our guidance and act against it of the consequences of their actions; nor lead them to the way

169)
other than the one chosen by themselves that will land them in agony wherein they will remain forever and this is simple as far as Allah is concerned.

170)
O you the mankind! there has come to you the Messenger for your consistency from your lord therefore put your faith in him and support him so that things could be better for you. But if you reject and oppose him then you should realise what you are going to miss because to Allah belongs all that is in the heavens and in the earth. And Allah is all Knowing and all Wise.

171)
O People of the Book! add not things to your appointed way of life that are against its set purpose and attribute nothing to guidance of Allah save that which is consistent with it. Surely the Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary was no more than a Messenger of Allah and His
forecast with which He inspired Mary and a revelation from Him. So trust in guidance of Allah and His Messengers and declare not the doctrine of Trinity as your belief rather stay away from it so that things are better for you. Surely Allah is only One god. Free is He from the need of having a son. To Him belongs all that is in the heavens and in theearth. and Allah alone is sufficient for propagating his guidance.

172) Never did
the Messiah disdained to be the worshipper of Allah nor do the saints
who are dearest to him. and Whoever disdains His worship and is arrogant such will be gathered before Him.

173)
As to those who put faith in his guidance and work according to it, He will join them with their due rewards and give them more than their due from himself, but He will reward with painful suffering those who earn it because they are disdainful and arrogant, and they will find none to protect or help them against Allah.

174)
O mankind! There has come to you indeed from your lord a guidance that is convincingly true and Wehave also sent to you a glorious light to guide you along the way that is right.

175) So
those who believe in guidance of Allah and hold fast to it by their actions, he will soon cover them with in His blessing and in abundance and will keep leading them on the Right Way to Himself.

176)
They seek of you legal advice concerning inheritance Say: Allah advises that those who leave no descendants or ascendants as heirs. If a man dies childless and leaves behind a sister, she shall inherit one-half of his estate. If a woman dies childless, her brother will inherit all of her estate. If the childless person leaves behind two sisters, they both shall inherit two-third of his estate; but if he leaves more than two brothers and sisters, the share
of each male shall be equal to that of two females. Thus Allah makes His commandments clear to you lest you go astray. Allah has perfect knowledge of everything.

There is blatant SHIRK in Qasida Burda

Dear friends, the simple fact is that whoever has love for allah has it for the prophet because with him one will not know allah. Likewise whoever has love for the prophet cannot hate those who support his cause together. So stop fighting and start thinking my friends. The more you think the less you will fight. So think of the bigger picture and gather yourselves together on the foundation that is solid.

Pleae learn the rules for halaal and haraam so that you have know bettrer as to what islam really is. One cannot go around telling people this is haraam or that is haraam without having any proof about it whatsoever. All people do in the name islam is ok so long as it brings no harm to it.

So we must not lose our fopcus the quran and what it was sent for ie establishing freedom, justice, fairness, brotherhood, progress and prosperity in the hope of hereafter. If we step away from the main thing then we are not really doing what we are supposed to be doing.

regards and all the best.

We love the Prophet Muhammad pbuh but this love has a limit we cannot go beyond or below. For example, because of our love of the Prophet pbuhwe cannot say he is the son of Allah, as the Christians went into an extreme in loving their prophet. If we did this, we would be just like the Christians.

Yes, there is much in the poem that is praiseworthy and beautiful. In fact, certain sections will even move you to tears. However, that doesn't change the fact that there is blatant SHIRK in all three categories of Tahweed in that poem: Shrik in ruboobiyyah, Uloohiyyah and Asma wa sifaat. Therefore, the poem should not and cannot be read except to correct these excesses.

As for the alleged story of how the poem was written, the Prophet pbuh
would not appear to anyone and praise him had he written something of shirk. It is only the Sufis who base their religion on dreams and fairy-tales; as for the true Muslm, he has the Quran and authentic Sunnah as his only true guides.

An example of Shirk in ruboobiyyah is the stanza: "And of your generosity is the (creation) of the Wolrd and its co-wife (meaning the Hereafter)..." Here it is as if the World and the Hereafter was created from the generosity of the Prophet
pbuh.

An example of Shirk in Asma wa sifaat:
"And part of your knowledge is the knowlege of the Tablet and the Pen..." So PART of the knowledge of the Prophet pbuh
is the knoewledge that is encompassed in the LAwh al-Mahufdh - the tablet that has EVERYTHING written on it!! and that is only 'part' of his knowledge!! Compare this mystic poem with the authentic hadeeth in Bukhari where a young girl said "And we have a prophet who knows what will happen tommorrow.' to which the Prophet pbuhsaid, "Leave this (bit), and say the rest of it." (Sahih Bukhari; Book #62, Hadith #77)

Example of shirk in uloohiyyah: " And who else there, besides you, who I can call out, at times of distress and problems?" Umm... how about our Creator, the only one the Prophet
pbuh HIMSELF would turn to at times of distress??

Allah Knows best

All your non sense on one side basim and the biggest lie is that internet and veila mast are same. Both are different people with different thinking but both agree on this matter. You are the biggest liar on this forum. You are lying to your teeth to make your point and it is not surprising
I wrote, "is this" ask a grade 1 student he 'll tell u this is question and not a direct blame on you................dont be so blind in hate and opposition that u dont even see the point of discusion and ignore to accept the truth.

I post again without the last line.........which u got wrong as well (the last line)......anyway for the Sake of Allah's pleasure pay attention to the following points and brother mughal1 do have a look..........filter the water out of milk to make it pure rather than to care both and have none in pure form.

listen to the 1st video, in my little sense this man(tahir-ul-qardi) is crossing the line, he is saying our prophet(pbuh) maz Allah was moving his upper body left and right listening to this qaseeda in the dream of the inventor...............

There are many books on the seerah of our prophet(pbuh), not a single authenticated book (in my knowledge) says anything of this sort from is life...........how come an attribute which is not in his personality after death becomes part of him..........may Allah forgive us all and guide us.

2nd video, background msuic is more than daaf, clearly music is haram, Maz Allah reading quran with music does not make music halal.
urdu traslation is being done by a sister..........singing infornt of na-mehrams who are listening to her sweet singing voice and looking at her face ............
what is according to the islam here, wording, music or bey-parda sister?

IF you read the taugh words of prophet(pbuh) to praise him, of course you ll get sawab, but reading words of some one which may be objectionalbe things which is not also ever proved by our prophet(pbuh) has what worth?

Quran and hadith is enough for us to get junnah with the grace of Allah, donot look around and get things changed and wrong like christians and jew.

Yaar Basim, I tell you a story that is actually in my native language but I try to interpret here:

Once a man was unhappy with his wife and started to seek excuses.

But he could not find any.

Then he saw his wife kneading flour and all of sudden idea struck in his mind.

He said " Tum Aata Gondhtay Howay Hilti Bohat Hoo" (You move a lot while kneading flour)

That's what you are trying to do here.

That's why I asked Mr. Pakistan or Basim to prove evidence from any of their known scholar (for example Zakir Nayak, Bin Baaz, Tauseef ur Rahman etc) about their belief on Qaseeda Burda but they always come up with their own OPINION and want to thrust their own OPINION on whole Ummah.

I like these versions of Qasida Burda Shareef. Majority of Deobandis and Tablighis and Barailvis accept Qasida Burda Shareef.

Qasida Burda contains lines against Quraan and Sahih Bukhari hadeeth

Qasida Burda: For verily amongst your bounties is this world, and the hereafter.
............................And part of your knowledge is knowledge of the Preserved Tablet (
لوح محفوظ), and the Pen. (Chapter 10/5-6)

Here he is saying that this life and the life after is from the generosity of the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Therefore, this life and the hereafter belong to the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh). Yet Allah attributes both this life and the life after to him.

Allah says, (AlLayl 12-16):
إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا لَلْهُدَىٰ
Yusuf Ali 12: Verily We take upon Ourselves to guide,
بے شک ہمارے ذمے راہ دکھانا ہے

وَإِنَّ لَنَا لَلْآخِرَةَ وَالْأُولَىٰ
Yusuf Ali 13: And verily unto Us (belong) the End and the Beginning.
اور بے شک ہمارے ہی ہاتھ میں آخرت بھی اور دنیا بھی ہے

فَأَنذَرْتُكُمْ نَارًا تَلَظَّىٰ
Yusuf Ali 14: Therefore do I warn you of a Fire blazing fiercely;
پس میں نے تمہیں بڑھکتی ہوئی آگ سے ڈرایا ہے

لَا يَصْلَاهَا إِلَّا الْأَشْقَى
Yusuf Ali 15: None shall reach it but those most unfortunate ones
جس میں صرف وہی بد بخت داخل ہوگا

الَّذِي كَذَّبَ وَتَوَلَّىٰ
Yusuf Ali 16: Who give the lie to Truth and turn their backs.
جس نے جھٹلایا اورمنہ موڑا

In the second line of poetry, Al-Busairi mentions (al-Lahw-لوح محفوظ) which is with Allah alone, as well as (the kalam), which is the unforeseen knowledge, where Allah has written everything that will happen 50,000 years before the creation of the sky and earth. Al-Busairi attributes this knowledge to the Prophet (pbuh) and claims that the Prophet knows what is in that book.

This is from deviance as Allah says (AlNaml: 65):

قُل لَّا يَعْلَمُ مَن فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضِ الْغَيْبَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ ۚ وَمَا يَشْعُرُونَ أَيَّانَ يُبْعَثُونَ
Yusuf Ali 65: Say: None in the heavens or on earth, except Allah, knows what is hidden: nor can they perceive when they shall be raised up (for Judgment).
کہہ دے الله کے سوا آسمانوں اور زمین میں کوئی بھی غیب کی بات نہیں جانتا اور انہیں اس کی بھی خبر نہیں کہ کب اٹھائے جائیں گے

(Qur'aan AlAnaam: 59)
Yusuf Ali 59: With Him are the keys of the unseen, the treasures that none knoweth but He. He knoweth whatever there is on the earth and in the sea. Not a leaf doth fall but with His knowledge: there is not a grain in the darkness (or depths) of the earth, nor anything fresh or dry (green or withered), but is (inscribed) in a record clear (to those who can read).

Narrated Ar-Rabi': (the daughter of Muawwidh bin Afra) After the consummation of my marriage, the Prophet came and sat on my bed as far from me as you are sitting now, and our little girls started beating the tambourines and reciting elegiac verses mourning my father who had been killed in the battle of Badr. One of them said, "Among us is a Prophet who knows what will happen tomorrow." On that the Prophet said, "Leave this (saying) and keep on saying the verses which you had been saying before." (Sahih Bukhari; Book #62, Hadith #77)

In above hadeeth,
a young girl said "And we have a prophet who knows what will happen tomorrow.' to which the Prophet pbuhsaid, "Leave this (bit), and say the rest of it."
