A malicious campaign, it was a technical committee comprises of 8 members out of which 2 were ministers and 4 secretaries and we two were the techinqual experts, the committee has reviewed the techinqual aspect of the propsals with no financial power/ approvals .our opinion wasn't a binding on the provincial government. There were total of 16 companies out of which 12 were short listed. The company reffered is a blue chip company with having an expertise in brand building. There is no specific award of contract .the companies are short listed for assignment on need basis.

Well you can't blame the lifafa's for trying and in fact I think it is good thing if you ask me, let these lifafa's and even other journos keep a close watch on PTI and KP govt, that will keep them on their toes even more and even if someone thinks of doing corruption he will twice and would be properly exposed. And any lies that have and will get printed or aired, if lies will easily be debunked. Just like this one about Faisal Javed, so exposing the lifafa's themselves instead. So win win situation for everyone.
