Ghulab Jamuns are called LAL Mohans in Nepal, Bangladesh and Indian Bangal
In Hindi belt both names are used and in Pakistan they are called Ghulab Jaman !

It is Islamic dish according to some. Some nowadays claimants says it was accidently made by a chef of a Mugal king when he was trying to make Turkish fritters . Though fritter recipe is very different.
It's two names suggests it is a local dish.

Vedic civilisation and Vedas born in India though question can be raised whether these people were native of this region or from some other land.
Historian dispute it. Some says they were from Kazakhstan ,central Asia, Some says from Ukraine, Some says from Caucasia and some says from India.
Let the archologists and genetists decide first what was the place of origin before we make it a political issue!
As for written record is concerned. Arya or Aryan word is of Sansikrat and historian took this word from Hindu books
All languages related to Sansikrat were later classified as of Indo European languages. The most ancient written language of this group is Sansikrat.
Fact is .... Hindu books written in Sansikrat , the most ancient language of this group have nowhere mentioned any homeland beyond ancient India. In fact they often called outsiders living beyond the boarders of ancient India as Maleechas
As far other people related to them like Europeans and Persian have themselves described in their books as non native and came from somewhere else
Real Problem is with Europeans , their languages are related to Sansikrat but they have no written record or any written ancient text . When they see South Asian written records they get jealous!
Even the ancient Persian record Avesta was written centuries after Rig Veda!
