This is utter bullsh(i)t. Govt. issue licenses to these channels via PEMRA. If they are blackmailing government, why don't government use PEMRA to cancel/suspend/revoke their licenses until further notice? Unless, you're telling me that PEMRA is virtually useless and ineffective.
