Shaheed? to protect ones land. Sorry, It is not a shaheed as per shariah/Islamic law. Though, its a brave and very Honorable death.

Islam clearly defines Shahdat. (very close to OMJ version).

By the way, In my opinion (dependent on what i know). Both Pak Army & TTp are not shaheed. Both claim to be muslims (leave the agenda behind) , offer Prayers and Believe on one Allah , Rasool pbuh & Quran (No Doubt in it) and fight with each other. We know, if 2 muslims are fighting each other, they both are not Shaheeds.

جماعت کو کیوں سمج نہیں اتی اتنی آسان سی بات کے جماعت کا اگر کوئی نام یا پیچان ہے تو وہ اس کے مذبھی پارٹی ہونے کا ہے ..

اور اس طرح بہت سے لوگ تقسیم ہو جاتے ہیں جب ایک مذبھی پارٹی ایسی باتیں کریں ..

یہ الطاف حسین کی پارٹی نہیں کے بیان دیا تو دو دن باد بیان گاییب ..
