Actually THere was nothing wrong in this whole dealing .But i think due to jamima was in lomdon and divorced and the lawyer did a little mistake in affidavit document due to which paid people make it issue.

There is no problem for me in tax returns . . .

I know Kashif will show the tax return of 2010 in which 18 lac tax was paid . . . .

as for why not he declared Bani gala plot in 2002 , if it was purchased in 2002 after 30th june than no issue but if it is purchased B4 30th june and IK have not declared it than IK will in deep trouble . . .

and as for Benami transaction , it needs more furnishing . . .

The Bani Gala land did not need to be declared as according to IK (and he would have documents for the same) that it was bought in Jemima's name WITH Jemima's money. IK can only declare property that is his, by his own money, how can he declare property that is not his in the first place?

I have got 5 acs but we use only one or sometimes 2...... Wapda can't even trace how many acs are being used.... Can't make any sense out of this statement....
He said police wont be under interior ministry.... It is still not under interior ministry.... It is seperate department reporting to cm. If it doesn't report to cm (provincial), it doesn't report to interior minister (centre)... Who will it report to? Don't think he knows what he is talking about....

See like I said when i was in pak I heard that if you have ac's at home (maybe numbers don't matter) they perhaps charge you higher rate, I'm not too sure cus we never had one, but i had heard. Maybe they don't ask you how many you have but even if you have one even then if this sort of data is being collected then IK has got a point, although would not like to generalise it the way he did but I think If from what i heard he has got a point.
If you are not asked for it or not paying any extra charges then either my theory is wrong or that wapda people are not following the rules (they probably ask you about it when u get connections or when they see significant increase in your bills), again my theory from what i had heard............

Now to Rehmad malik if what you are saying is right then again why was Rehman Malik was heading Liyari operation? don't tell me sindh govt was involved etc,
for the paper work maybe, but he was the one clearly heading the operation done by police (watch his press conferences).
Maybe officially this should not be the case, but on ground that is what is happening.
I also remember the row over bangladesh team possible visit, rehman baba was taking the lead for security, now FIA don't do that police does.
There are numerous examples i can think of from the news that he seems incharge of police, maybe what you are saying is the official position of things but thats not how its happening on ground, and that is what Ik is talking about!
This would also mean they are involved in illegal political interference of police matters, breaking the law then!

No one asks about no. of ACs. They just throw the bill and go away. Even if they do, it doesn't mean all of them are in use.
Only FIA comes under Rehman Malik. Police comes under provincial government.

during SriLanks attack, It was Governor rule. Which gives powers to Rehman Baba....In Sindh, PPP is there in province and center both. Anyways, anything can be expected from him.... Frankly speaking, I think we are just wasting our time talking about that person :)

yes agreed no point wasting time on him, but just last thing yes ppp has sindh govt but still rehman is not part of sindh govt he is interior minister, sindh govt should not let him take the lead,they should keep the matter in their hand (although I am not sure if this is how it should be).
