جب حکومت حرکت نہ کررہی ہو، تو قانون پبلک اپنے ہاتھ میں لیلتی ہے، اور پھر ایسا ہی ہوتا ہے۔ میں اب بھی کہتا ہوں کہ تاثیر کو پکڑ کر جیل میں بند کردیا جاتا تو پھر ایسا نہیں ہوتا۔
According to Islam there is NO punishment for gustakh e rasool or anyone who leaves the religion. 3 imams out of 4 say this. Only imam hanbil, who we do not follow, believes that gustakh e rasool should be punished. Study it for yourself if you do not trust me.

This is how people are used and countries are made Syria. No one should become the self-imposed saviour of Islam. God himself has taken the responsibility of Quran and Islam. Our job is to practice Islam, which means contributing to our societies, helping other people and not to do such Fitna. Europe had 130 years of religious, sectarian wars. Our enemies want that to happen in Muslim countries. Extremist groups with strange philosophies are intentionally created, financed and weaponized to start self-destruction in Muslim countries. Our enemies have become so clever that they can easily make us destroy ourselves. For God's sake have some sense and not play in the hands of our enemies. Islam only means Justice in society and to work for the improvement of everything around us. Halal, Haram differentiation only means what is good is Halal and what is bad for a human is Haram. God does not need us to protect prophet but to practice Islam only.

Would Our Prophet PBUH kill someone if that had happened in his era? JUSTICE IS EQUAL FOR EVERYONE
So what if anyone says something against Islam? It doesn't give anyone right to kill him. That is barbaric and completely against Islam

Further brother case of Gazi Ilm din and Ali Jinnah is bit different in this case.
I found that an old woman dropped wastes on Prophet Mohammad p.b.u.h and he smiled and no one killed her ?
I found mother of Hazrat Abu Huraira R.A abusing Prophet Mohammad because she was disbeliever and Abu Huraira R.A came to Mohammad p.b.u.h and asked for her hidayah,they prayed and she became Muslim. no one killed her ?
Some reference from life of Prophet Mohammad p.b.u.h i found and I never found who gave this fatwa of killing in what year and based on what logic ?
Quaid was supporting em for cause of Islam, I agree out political system is bogus and lead us astray and away from Islam and stuggle ( Jihad ) is fard on everyone to stop them.
Still I want to know more from you if you legitimate this fatwa with proofs I am with you :D
we need to understand perspective. Case of Mumataz Qadri and this political system are to different things.
Maybe it was planted by some govt for political gains and they killed salman taseer ? And even if qadri did this for Love of Prophet Mohammad s.a.w others are taking advantage for political gains. So you need to be very careful ma broh, many wolves are out there in dress of Islam only for political gains ( Fazulu ) is best example.
