the most famous incident is the killing of a ghustakh who took refuge in the curtains of kaaba ......... but prophet pbuh ordered him to be killed ... similarly hazrat e umar killed a munafiq who first went to prophet pbuh to resolve his dispute , after NABI pak pbuh gave decision against him he then went to hazrat e umar who chopped his head :) there are many incidents if u still want proper refrences i m more than willing to provide u ... i m glad to see sanity in you. u are not like others who have make up their opinions without investigating the case and the teachings of islamI respect your love for Mohammad P.B.U.H , but all I can say is you are talking to sheeps having everyone their own version of Islam not Islams version of islam :D ..

And also brother I found some reference from life of Prophet Mohammad P.B.U.H which shows no killing on such act, If you have any good reference I'd like to have it ,When I say reference means from life of Prophet and who gave fatwa then , when this became legitimate ?..
