polay paai yeh sensitive issue hai agar kisi ki jahalat aur kam ilmi ki wajah se koi mistake hui hai tau oss ko koi defend nahin karay ga magar yahan aik jhoote..corrupt..mutnaza..khabees aur kameene Mubasher ko hero banana woh bhi Geo se badla lene ke liye....sirf aik baat ka jawab dain jo ilzam aap ke U Turn Khan ne geo pe lagaya dhandli ka oss ke baaray kia kehte ho ? Janab aik kaam kar lo aap kisi bhe aalim ko jaantay ho to us sa poch lo k Quran men tehreef kya hoti ha or danista ya na danista karna sa kya effect hota ha!!!!! Jahan tak taaluk ha u turn Khan ka wo meri taraf sa jay bhaar men!!!!! Men sirf or sirf Musalman hun na kisi Nawaz shareef ka Chaila hun Na kisi Imran Khan ye baqol aap k U turn Khan ka!!!!! Lekin men aysa nahe kar sakta k kisi ki Dushmini men deen men tehreef pa Khamosh rahun!!!!!!!! Men Turkish jaanta hun original drama men unho na sahe word use kiya hen or translation men inho na change kiya ha to kya ye jaan bhooj k change nahe ha!!!!!! Aik mufti sab na mujha kaha tha k deen yateen ho chukka ha mujha lagta ha ye sahe kaha ha unho na!!!!!! A Question to those defending GEO in particular and all Muslims in general
I have a question for guys still supporting GEO. After blasphemy against Ahl-e-Bait, GEO has also done blasphemy against Quran Pak, by modifying its events mentioned in Surah Kahf. The link is below. This has also been mentioned in ARY program by Mubashar Luqman.
If you guys think that they only dubbed from Turkish to Urdu i.e the original event was modified in Turkish drama, then you are wrong. In Turkish version, right references were given , but when it was dubbed by GEO they added the wrong references. I have the original video in Turkish as well and I can attest that they used the right references.

So my question is if this was a deliberate attempt to modify the events of Quran, would you still support GEO? If you guys still do, I can only pray for you, as your love for GEO ( I understand some of you guys must be GEO employees, and need to make a living, but at what cost) has exceeded your love for Deen.
I talked to another member and to defend his/her stance , he/she said that the Qawali was Shirkia. Whether the Qawali is Shirkia or not, I only leave it to Allah pak. Many people also consider some Naats as Shirkia as well, again I leave that to Allah pak. But let us not forget, that whenever such content is being played we have to show respect.
In case of Geo, no respect was shown, instead we saw the host waving shoes when that Qawali was being played.
My question to you is why would Geo, only change the names from Hazrat Musa (A.S) and Hazrat Hizr (A.S) to some other names, while they quote the rest of the incident same as told in Quran pak.
Second question is if they were dubbing, they should have used the same refrences as in original Turkish episode ( I have watched the original episode and Turkish drama admin. has used the correct names and refrences), why would GEO want to distort it.
In my view this was a deliberate effort by GEO to distort the Quranic reference.
If we are quoting an incident from the life of our Prophet(S.A.W), lets say MIRAJ, we do not need to tell that this is from Quran, as it is automatically understood that it relates to Prophet(S.A.W) and mentioned in Quran. Similarly, we do not need to say that the event told in that episode is from Quran. You cannot just make up the same story from Quran and attach different names to the characters, and then claim that we are not refering to Quran.
Lastly I am not blaming anyone of being a lesser Muslim than others, as we all are sinners and can commit mistakes(and pray to Allah Pak to forgive us), I just want the viewers of GEO to know that same tactics are being used by western world to adulterate the islamic history. It is also a known fact that GEO gets its fundings from somewhere else.
To the GEO viewer: I pray that your love to defend GEO has not incapacitated your judgement to see the reality and that you do not blindly follow your views to the extent that it jeopardizes your Deen and Iman.

Hahaha kiya din agaye hain. Now we have Maulana Mubashir Luqman telling us about Surah Kahf. lol. Hahaha. Smells like an opportunist.
As for the alleged Blasphemy regarding the Quran. Keep in mind 2 things:
1.) The Quran is not copyrighted by anyone. And care was taken in changing the names of the characters in a fictitious storyline that was shown on TV. Technically it is only Blasphemy if the original characters were used in a modified story.
2.) Who are you to stand up and try to protect the honor of the Quran, when Allah has proclaimed to do so Himself.

You know how crazy Humans are right? :P Already we have crazy suicide people who proclaim to be doing God's bidding.
What if Mr Z went on a Journey to meet His maker? Would that still be blasphemy? Everyday there are stories being made that are based on scriptures from Islam, Christianity, Judaism, Hinduism. You remember the Matrix? Most evangelical christians think "Neo" is Jesus Christ.

If GEO had totally made a fictitious story with fictitious characters, it would have been ok. But they took a story from Quran, modified a couple of events that happened in continuity and left the last event intact (same as in Quran) and attached the name of non-fictitious characters (Hazrat Seikh Sadi and Hafiz Shirazi) instead of Hazrat Musa (A.S) and Hazrat Hizr (A.S).
This comes under Tehref-e-Quran.

My friend, the Quran has a lot of stories from the Bible. And the Bible has a lot of stories from the Torah. And the Torah has a lot of stories from other books. Each book has a slightly modified take on the same stories. Who is blaspheming who? To Christianity the entire Muslim Ummah are blasphemers. To Jews the entire Christian population and Muslims are Blasphemers. Then don't get me started on movies that take their stories from these scriptures.
You see that little disclaimer that comes before the Drama starts? Any resemblance to an event, people or person is purely coincidental and unintentional.
