Gulberg
Model Town
Garden Town
Faisal Town
Johar Town

Most of the people these days are settling in Johar town on rent as there are a lot of newly constructed houses available for rent. You can have independent house of 3 bedrooms on Johar town for around 20 to 25K, and a portion for around 12-15k. Finding such options in Model town will be difficult but you can try Garden town and faisal town.

How about defence area... I thought that isn't too far away from there? And i heard its a lot nicer. Im willing to spend 80to100 k pm

Well DHA is not very far and you can have a full independent house in that amount.

I dont really want a big house. We are a small family so we need something that we can manage easily. That is why I asked for something small but fancy in a good area

Btw, You might get a decent furnished small house in Gulberg for rent. Walking distance from Liberty.

You can also check our Askari apartments in Cantt. Cantt is awesome as well and DHA and Liberty is same distance as Liberty and Cantt..

I have been looking online and there are hardly any pictures of these plazas available in google or anywhere else.

I guess I'll have to be there in order to figure this out
