Islamabad was carved out of Punjab and was always a Punjabi Area. Rawalpindi is named after a Punjabi tribe Rawal all the local villagers of Islamabad are Punjabies and even Peshawar was a Punjabi Area too.. Go read the History of Peshawar
Kabul was always a Persian speaking Area even Pushtuns who migrate to Kabul speaks in Persian and often adopt Persian as their first language in two or three generations

yea 1994 main tajik aur uzbek kaha teh ? taliban ne un ki bund mar kar kabul fatah kar lya tha ? Afgahnistan is not only kabul which is dominated by tajiks ...pashtuns are majority in population but they live in villages.
